Taco Bell

Other than a couple of other Taco Bell’s on Military Bases and one in Highland Park in Dallas, TX (in a predominantly “rich” neighbourhood) this particular Taco Bell is without a doubt the best I’ve ever been to and I’m thankful I live close to it. While I do not eat fast-food very often, this Taco Bell is ALWAYS on point!!! The food is great, plentiful (in terms of what’s inside of each food item) and served hot. They are always kind, respectful and accommodating. I have never written a review for a fast-food restaurant but this place definitely stands out and is much appreciated. I wish more American fast-food restaurants could be like this but they are without a doubt a rare treat and a sight to behold.

The crew was friendly and extremely helpful! There was a slight mistake in my order and they easily resolved the issue, fixed the order, and even sincerely apologized for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but the method in which they solved this one left me extremely satisfied!

So I always like to try the new Taco Bell menu items, so I tried the new grilled cheese taco. From beginning to end it might be one of the sloppiest dishes.
There's still some meat inside but of course the lettuce had to be eliminated. I'm glad I tried it but I'll be going back to my crunchy taco fav.

The young staff couldn't have been any nicer. Even apologize for the slowness though it was not slow service. Great crew here.

I went to the Taco Bell on Bridgeport last Monday and used the drive-thru. I was charged for my "free" senior citizen drink for the first time. Not going back!

This is the best Taco Bell. They got my order entirely right (which isn't common at TB). It was prepared well too. The team worked really fast, I was in and out quickly. Princess the cashier honestly deserves a raise she was the friendliest Taco Bell employee I've ever interacted with. Keep this team please they're great.

They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and the food is hot and what it should taste like! Yumm!! Their teamwork was inspiring to see so something is working great there. Lots of other places had long lines @ 6:30pm. This one had the cars rolling. It was so impressive. They verified my order via voice. Nice job! Excellent food, excellent customer service!

The staff is really on top of things. I've worked in the area for 3 years and will occasionally get some fast food. Out of the handful of drive-thru style fast food options around, this place is the most consistent with quality and service.

This taco bell has amazing employees! I ran out of gas in front of the restaurant on Bridgeport, I was pushing the car by myself and I couldn't get it up the lil hill entrance to their parking lot, 2 employees came out of nowhere and started helping me push the car into a parking spot! Thank you guys for being absolutely amazing!

This taco bell was recently closed for remodel and has now reopened !! Sooo GLAD! Crew here is great , speedy, accurate, polite - I love taco bell !!!

Veggie fiesta burrito was great - had the right amount of crisps, guac and the filling.
I tried the Mexican pizza for the first time - it can be a good appetizer to share but not a meal replacement imo.

Went through the drive thru, and the service was really nice and fast. My burrito wasn't made the way I ordered it, but it was good, and everyone else's food was correct and good.

The people who work at this taco bell are amazing.

Update: This Taco Bell has improved so much! The customer service is great! Staff is very friendly and always asks if I want any sour cream or sauces. Food quality and presentation has improved as well. Great Job!

Customer service is definitely lacking in this restaurant. Even team leader/manager doesn’t seem to care about her guest very much. A lot of standing around when lobby could be cleaned.

Fast and efficient as always, these guys are super nice and deserve more credit than I can give for all their hard work. Especially with how variable the clientele can be when right on 38th Street. Keep it up guys.

i went here last thursday and i could tell that staff was limited, i usually dont leave reviews but i think this one was deserved. the lady that helped me, janaya, was super helpful when i asked for extra napkins and everything and i was really thankful for her assistance. this was honestly one of the only times i actually felt seen while i was in a fast food place. thank you tacobell of bridgeport for your fast service and great hospitality i will be coming back here whenever i can!

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to! I have a complicated order due to dietary restrictions (I'm vegan and type 1 diabetic) and they ALWAYS get it right at this location. I even go out of my way to go here since the one closer to me messes up my order all the time. This location has great service too. My food is always fresh and everyone is super friendly!!

Love this Taco Bell. My order is Always correct. Restaurant clean. Close walking distance to shopping.

A lot of places have gone downhill since covid but not this one. This place is fantastic. They always get my order right, it's hot, and everyone is nice and professional. They're also always wearing masks and gloves correctly.
