Mitchell is the man! Such a nice guy and always makes sure our food is hot and comes our fast. We go out of our way to be at this location to get service from him.

The employee name OJ has the best customer service that I've ever had from this BK location. She has a great smile, great spirit and really makes sure that she connects with the customer. She even brings a positive atmosphere in the store especially with her co-workers. I saw her waving with a smile at the workers in the kitchen.

Came in tonight bought a impossible whopper no mayo add mustard ordered many times most of the time they still put mayo but this time they got it right, hot, correct and timely fashion tonya is a sweetheart gave me the ice water no hassle will go back for sure! HUGE improvement from a few months ago

Enjoyed lunch. Nice to see a plant based option on the menu. Impossible burger. Ordered the combo with fries and a soft drink.

Stopped today Wednesday night 10pm and the young lady that took our order was so pleasant we asked her name i think she said it was "Brezy" hope i got it right but she was so sweet thank you so much for helping end our night on a positive note. We hadn't been to bk for a while due to negative experiences but if she's there then we will definitely continue to come again!!!!

Wow!! This burger kind definitely improved so much! From the food, to the employees. I wanna give a shoutout to KC for making our experience and service 5-stars. She went out of her way to help us with the items on our order to make sure we got what wanted. Thanks again KC!! Will be back.

These are hard worker staffs but are undermanned. Corporate needs to hire more help.

Desiree helped me out in the window. She realized that she had made the wrong drink and had remade it. She made sure anything extra I had asked for was in the bag and what I purchased was in the bag. Looks like a good team going ! Whomever took my order was attentive as well.

Best Burger King I've ever had. Fresh, clean lobby, and great service. Courtney was very welcoming and professional. I don't usually give reviews , but this location is deserving. I'll definitely be back.

Love the morning service, very friendly, happy, considerate, and they go above and beyond. If things are inconvenience for you, they will give you free food as a way to apologize. And if they have food that they dropped or getting ready to throw away, they’ll give it to you for your service dog. EXCEPT one morning person who is rude.

Came in to see my manager friend. She wasent there but the staff were extreamly nice. Verry welcoming. The yong man who took my order. He is a real one. Over all? 10/10. Even tho they forgot ma bbq sauce lol

I went through the Drive-thru tonight at 10:40pm on 8/29 And got the absolute best service tonight. The young asian lady at the window was so great she was all my girls talked about on the way home. We've been here in the past and the order was always done wrong the food was always cold. Tonight the food was hot and done right.
