Zaim, the new store manager, went above and beyond! Our belt broke in our car and we couldn't get to the store to pick one up. Zaim personally delivered the belt to our house! 20 mins after ordering the belt...he was at our doorstep with the belt! We even offered a tip and he refused. Its so refreshing to see someone genuinely care and want to help!!! Thank you Zaim!!! We will only deal with you guys from now on!!!

Mark went above and beyond to help me this morning with my vehicle. He was not only able to tell what was wrong but was willing fix it the problem and show me what I needed to purchase. Thank You Mark!

Got exactly what I needed. Great service. Also not their fault but God windshield wipers are darn expensive!

The customer service here was and is fantastic especially the lady named Jennifer she is one of the managers there!! She was fantastic with me this morning. I went in to get parts for my car and she made sure i had everything I needed. She offered to help me carry my parts out of the store and even opened the car door for me to put my parts in my car! She was absolutely amazing!! She will be the reason I go there again!!

I showed up with my 2 children and needed help with our car. An employee named Mark was more then helpful! Not only did he find the part that i need but also helped me try to fix it. He has went out of his way to make our family car be better for us and we could be more happier! We appreciate all your hard work Mark ...keep up the good job!

This has been a great source for my parts purchases for both personal and customer vehicles, strictly due to the fact that the customer service I have gotten here, since day 1, has been the best of the best. The Carbondale team has more than once gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to provide top notch support when it comes to their products.

Compared to other local vendors, warranty replacement is a breeze, and everyone in the store is always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Thank you guys for what you do (mostly putting up with my shenanigans, recklessness, bad mouth, borderline impossible demands, among other things).

Each and every one of the current team members of this store has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and management trims the bad fruit quickly, for which I am eternally grateful.

Nice new store. I had an opportunity to shop autozone today and feel a need to update my review. The store is laid out very well and is easy to locate what you need. The reason for the update is about service. I received the best service that I've had in many years. I needed tubing. No part number, just tubing. The guy at the counter listened and didn't give up until he returned with exactly what I wanted. That goes a long way with me. The nice people at autozone are going to be seeing more of me. I can’t thank Mark enough. I’m here on vacation from NC. and had a brake issue. Do to the help from Mark I was able to replace my caliper, rotor and pads in the parking lot. The things he did to help me get the parts and the tools to fix the problem. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty. So much respect to you Mark, again I can’t thank you enough.

Just wanted to send a note of thanks to two of your employees, Chris Brown and Mark Van Buren. They went above and beyond in helping me obtain and install a new battery in my car after it died in the CVS parking lot. Two guys who know what excellent service is all about. I’ve been there on several separate occasions and that man Sprung right into action every time. He strikes me as one of them people that do things for others not expecting anything in return just the satisfaction of helping someone out and I thank him for his help!!!!

Jorge G gave me excellent service & went out of his way to check on what I was buying was the right product for my car and then Carried the item to my car for me, which I truely appreciated! I will always stop in this store when I need car care!!!

She is usually the one that helps me when I'm there she is very helpful also one of the main reasons I go to that autozone is her.

Only 3 good employees Jennifer, Mark V, and Kim. I rarely receive a call when my parts are in. I dont always get the right parts either.

I stopped here at AutoZone in Carbondale for my check engine light on , a girl named Jennifer helped me I got what was needed and was on my way she will be the reason I go back I highly recommend seeing her when you go there you won't be disappointed it

This is by far, not only the best autozone but the best auto parts store in the northeast region. Associates like Bill make every trip to the parts store pleasurable and memorable!
