Devon (on the night shift) rocks!!! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had not only quality food and service but a good laugh as well. He is such a cool dude and has an AWESOME personality! Hey Corporate, that man deserves a cookie and a raise!

The food is good. The service and people have been excellent.

This place has the best customer service of any fast food place in the dfw. People are always happy and ready to help you. They also love dogs so it makes it that much better!

Donna and Trace were so sweet and wonderful. Impeccable service doesn't even describe their attitudes at 1:20am (when most ppl are grumpy). They even gave us some extra fries for the dogs!! Definitely worth the stop in freezing weather for these two gals 💚

There ok the make you move your car up and then bring your meal put 15 seconds later what's the point

Only problem I had was the drive thru being closed off. When I went inside to order, there was 1 employee running the entire restaurant which explains the drove thru closure. But the food was amazing and thier recent 2 for $7 sale on the sandwiches really helps my bank account stay in the green.

Went in for lunch. Super quick and friendly service. The ladies that were working are just awesome. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. I would highly recommend.

Stopped at this location a few times and the staff is great, food is good, hot and fast, they make great curly fries, the wife enjoys their wrap and sandwich options. Also if you are going carb free, ask for the meat in a cup, it is a great option.

We love Arby's! They have a wide selection of different entrees! On occasion, they even serve fish! God bless Ya'll all!

Amber, Josh and Mike are excellent at what they do! Food was delicious. It was made quickly and given to us hot and fresh. Extremely courteous crew. Will definitely be back!

They have a new brisket, bacon, beef and cheddar sandwich that is amazing. I am not a huge fan of restaurant or fast food brisket but this was very good fixed fast and fresh and the apple turnover taste like it was fresh out of the oven. I ate Arbys as a kid but I don't remember Arbys being this good. It was a good surprise. I'll definitely be back.

Love this new restaurant. Had good service at 1:25 a.m. with Donna at the window! She has beautiful customer service. She needs a raise lol----- girl with the load curly fries on July 4th!!

The best drive thru ever .You order, you drive up, and they have your food for you in a minute it's the way a drive thru should work . And the food is awesome as well.

Donna and Tracy! Girllll let me tell you! Their customer service is on point!!!! We stopped by around 1:20am for a late night snack on our way back to Houston. They made us feel so special and so wanted unlike your typical fast food drive thru. We asked for extra arby sauce and they hooked us upppp! Thank you guys for making our night a lot more special! The pups really enjoyed the extra fries ❤❤❤❤

Omg the manager on duty was amazing they didn't have alot of things but she was so apologetic like it was her fault but it wasn't they just haven't received a truck in a while

It very good! The place is only about a year old and clean and friendly! Nice place to stop and get gas with tge Luvs gas stations attached. Clean large bathrooms shared.

The food is always fresh and hot great place to go great customer service never had a problem with them the women are outstanding great customer service

The lady who was working there this morning was pretty friendly. She wasn't like most employees just wanting a check and treat customers like trash.

I like it because they serve a really great Turkey and bacon and ranch sandwich with curly fries.
