Dunkin'

I had excellent service late at night going to pickup someone from the airport for 1AM by an older lady who was happy to be there (which is rare nowadays) - if anyone deserves a raise it's her.
Whilst I'm not a regular at this location, it's still nice to have good customer service, and my wife and daughter appreciate the egg and bacon croissants very much.

Hey, how ya doin'? I recently stopped by Dunkin, and let me tell ya, it's exactly what you'd expect. No surprises here. It's like Tom Brady in his prime - reliable, consistent, and gets the job done.

The coffee's always piping hot, and the donuts are wicked good. You could say they're like Larry Bird's jump shot - smooth and consistent every time.

Now, I'm not saying it's the best coffee in town, but it's definitely up there with the greats like Bobby Orr or Bill Russell. And the munchkins? Forget about it, they're like Gronk at a party - always a good time.

Overall, Dunkin's a solid spot for your morning pick-me-up. Just like Paul Pierce in the clutch, it's dependable and gets the job done. Four stars, no question.

Staff was efficient. There was an assistant manager Cathie R. That had a great attitude and went out of her way to greet us & make our short interaction pleasant. They handled the multiple orders that my friends and I placed. The inside of the store was clean & appeared covid safe with glass partitions, masks, & ongoing cleaning. I will definitely return to this Dunking location because of the way we were welcomed.

Always a pleasure to come into this store! Even though the employees are not trained on the Dunkin App, they try and assist you as best they can!

Trying my best to keep my coffee intake to 1 a day. ( calories, I take mine with cream and sugar.) Love Dunkin' coffee. I even brew my own at home. But there is something special about the drive thru and the total experience of inhaling the fresh ground smell. Ahhh......

Great service, I mobile order pick up because I hate drive thrus you cant get out of.

This is the best Dunkin's ever as I frequent this place all the time. The staff is very nice and they dont mess up your order. On some days, it gets crowded especially after school but in other times, it's pretty quiet and you could get some work done. Overall, having two drive thrus is a very good idea for rush hour but overall, this Dunkin's is spacious and it is the place to get drinks or food 24/7.

Clean and quick service both for dine-in and drive-thru. There are two lanes open during busy hours for the drive-thru. Friendly staff and fresh food every time I have ordered here.

At 3am everyone was exhausted an wish i caught her name but was best service I've had in a long while. Only have 1 dollar to tip wish i had a 5. My 'double dirty' macchiato came out strong an saved my 12 hour shift surviving day before Easter in OGP. Thank you woman! Not always easy anymore to find that in a Dunks. I ran night shifts at 3 an always made it epic! Keep it up!!

Spacious and beautiful inside if you want to recline, and the drive through is quick they know how to make you coffee order just right.Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too!

Grafton dunkin donuts is by far the most stunning dunkin donuts, you walk inside and the detail and comfort level take your breath away. The employees are the best around always polite and friendly and smiling. They go above and beyond to make your visit great

This is a great Dunkin! They never mess up my order and its rare that they burn the decaf. They have two drive thru lanes, its fast to stop and get coffee when you're in a hurry!

Food depends on what time of day you go. The early morning crew before 7am isn't that great but who it is that comes in later is always on point

Staff at the registers were friendly and quick to fill my order.

Girl working night shift ( Sat night ) is an asset to the company.
She was working 3rd shift not her regular one and was on point running the operation.

Long wait in drive through line. Hire more people for decent wage.

This is (consistently) the best Dunks I’ve been to. Service is quick, orders and correct, & staff is super friendly!

Good Dunkin, and really fast. The two lanes for the drive through throws me off, but they clearly make it work.
