This location is always busy so expect to wait a while for your food but know it’s WORTH IT bc the food is always hot, fresh and flavorful! The staff here is always nice and they have a pretty decent sized seating area. Love this location! :)

Even Though they are always busy they always work hard to make sure that everyone is taking care of. They're excellent when it comes to greeting and acknowledging their customers. Food is always fresh of course. Love that their soda machine has such a huge selection of flavors.

I went with my girlfriend for the first time and was very impressed. My girlfriend had the boneless wings with the original sauce and I had the Louisiana dry rub and fries. OMG! They were fabulous! The food was served fast, fresh and hot. Delicious!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this place!... Definitely going back again!

Ordered online and was supposed to be 16 to 21 minutes. My order took 52 minutes. It wasn't even a big order. 15 piece combo. The fries were soggy. The wings were good. One of the lady cooks was rude when I asked about my food, like it was my fault they were busy and were under staffed. On the Sunday of AFC and NFC championships.

We can't leave Lakeland or Bartow without having our wings fix. Wingstop are one of the best flavor wings . We fall in love with Wingstop in California 5 years ago, and since then, with eat wings just from them.

First time. Tenders are awesome. Sauce was tasty. People were real. Friendly and hospitable.

My host was Tawanda and my experience here was amazing. Great food and atmosphere. My host was really nice and polite. Will be coming back again! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Wingstop experiences are hit or miss for me most of the time. I don’t expect much but I do love wings and Wingstop is usually quick and near home so I keep coming back.

On July 20, 2023, I was about to drive home from work and decided I wanted some wings. I put in a mobile order for a 8 piece mixed wing combo - 4 traditional and 4 boneless - then drove over and picked them up; it was ready almost as soon as I walked in the door.

When I got home and opened the box, I was greeted with a glorious sight. Fresh full-length fries, perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy without being over cooked. The boneless wings were small but I was given extra to compensate and they tasted great. The traditional wings were good-sized, and cooked and seasoned just as well as the fries. Juicy, crispy, flavorful. It was literally a perfect wings experience. I downed the whole thing before I thought to take any pictures, but I will upload a picture of the receipt so the right people can be recognized. Idk if it was whoever’s managing, or whoever’s cooking, or both, but the order was perfect and whatever y’all were doing over there on 7/20/23 at 7:44 PM, keep doing it, and give everyone a raise. I will be back sooner rather than later.

My family loves Wingstop! With out a doubt- they homemake the best blue cheese ever! Honestly, I order strictly for the sauce, but the rest is also boss. Crispy tenders are exactly that... TENDER! Wings are priced best locally for the meat you get. Our top 3 favorite flavors are Korean, Garlic Parm, and Lemon Pepper. Veggie sticks have always been fresh, cold and plentiful. Other menu options like the fried corn on the cob and buttery rolls are so, so yummy! Their meal deals are good size, sharable and affordable. The whole fam is very satisfied with our neighborhood Wingstop. Thank you staff for going above and beyond always!

The fries are amazing. I'm not a big chicken wing eater but my wife says that they're good also.

Fantastic food, fast service. The fries are really good because they are fresh cut and a great seasoning on them. There wings are my favorite wings around here they are great. The restuarant is nice and clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are also well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Order the other night for the first time... Absolutely delish... Tried 4 different sauces since we got 40 wings. Wish there were more fries included in the group menu... Atomic sauce is amazing if you like spicy.. gentleman at front counter very nice...

Best Wings and thighs on the planet.
I’ve been to this location plenty of times, check your bag before waking out. Lemon pepper and Original Hot are the best flavors around combo them and you’ll have a 5 star experience through and through.

I love the wings here! I love the atmosphere also! The manager Catres is an amazing manager and team leader and makes the food taste that much more. From the Korean BBQ Wings to the Deep Fried 🌽 Corn on the Cob with amazing seasonings, you will definitely want to keep coming back here! The food here is great! 🤤

They always do a great job with our food. Pretty much always spot on with time and accuracy. Great customer service, especially from the manager. I don't know his name but he deserves a raise!

I looked forward to Wing Stop opening in Bartow because I used to live in Tampa close to the Wing Stop there. It was my “go to” spot for wings. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed! Because I liked wing stop so much i decided to give it another try actually 2 more tries. Each of those visits were also disappointing. The wings wasn’t fried like what they’re known for, the workers seemed to be standing around doing nothing, the wait was entirely too long, and they had bad customer service. Months later, I decided to give them another try. Glad I did! Tawanda made sure the order was correct and filled in a timely manner. The food was delicious and I LOVE the mini corn on the cob 🤤.

This was my first time eating here and it was very good! The wings were very flavorful and it was all cooked fresh! The food was hot and the service was good too! I will definitely be coming back here.
