Pete's Barber Shop

Visiting family in Marquette for the Holiday's, and I needed a haircut. This place was perfect! Great value, great haircut, and just enough conversation to make you feel like you're in a barber shop and not a salon. I'll be back next time we are in town.

Simply the best! I don't have much hair but....Jim does a GREAT job on my beard. Consistent and efficient. Always interesting conversation....the time Fly's!

It's July 2023 as I update this review. I'm old school and want a simple haircut from a traditional barber, and Pete's is the place for that. I'm always happy with his cuts.

I'm military and have been going to Petes now for a few months and most of the time it's a very quick turn around. Sometimes it is not but what can ya expect if you can walk into a barbershop and not have an appointment. It's expected. And I have had my haircut by both the father and son. Both do excellent jobs and have always been friendly to me. The pricing is very reasonable if not the best in town for the haircut you get (which in my opinion is great) so I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good clean cut barbershop style haircut. At least try it out once. If not your cup of tea then find somewhere else.

My son's and husband all get there hair cut here. Owner is super nice. Talks to and remembers all his customers.

Pete is the man. He does a bang up job on hair cuts. Best high and tight in town. Nice walk in place, usually real fast to get you seated. No BS, to quote Pete " i'm a barber not a hairstylist". No facny crap, a real mans place.

My husband goes there and he likes his hair cuts everytime. I do also we both like each time is fast. There is no long waiting. And no appointments are needed

It is a walk-in place, although it is CASH ONLY.

He does really good work. Very friendly, clean, and it is first come first serve.
