The team who came out to help with our water damage was amazing! They worked quickly and did an excellent job! Kyler Hill and Mike Baker were so friendly and helpful, making sure we knew what was happening and keeping us comfortable in our home during what could have been a messy situation. We had a water leak in our ceiling, walls, and floors. They helped mitigate the damage, and made sure our home was safe for us after. They left everything extremely clean after their work was done. Ruben checked the progress each day and removed the equipment when it was all done. He was also just so friendly and helpful! We had a great overall experience working with Champion!

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had dealing with Champion Services during my water damage loss. Brian Holmes gets two thumbs up in my book. He followed up and explained what was going to happen and what to expect. He was professional and genuine in his concern for the mitigation. I will recommend this company with confidence. The entire staff have been courteous and a shout out to Rubin who went over and above on a weekend to come check my project and was very thorough. He also showed genuine interest and concern to getting my room dry. Thank you for making a very stressful situation much easier to handle.

If I could give 10 stars I would. What an amazing TEAM!! I work in an office that was damaged by water/sewage. Kenn Wilson immediately gave me an overview of what to expect regarding clean up and repairs. The crew led by Brian Holmes jumped right in and began containing the area, protecting our desks, equipment, etc. Brian is an outstanding leader and seeing his team in action shows how well they work together, complimenting one another and demonstrating a strong work ethic. They were all professional and polite to our staff. I greatly appreciate how they completed the work and made sure we were able to maintain an active workplace. Brian frequently kept me updated every step of the way, this allowed me to update other leaders and their staff who work in the office. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the entire process. What could have been a miserable experience was actually a positive, pleasant adventure!!! THANK YOU!!

I highly recommend this company over any other water and mold mitigation company. When I say I was treated like family, I mean it. Jolan and his crew explained everything that was done and needed to be done in great detail. They are reasonably priced and the level of professionalism is beyond compare. The saying, "you get more bang for your buck" really applies to this company. Again I highly recommend using this company.

Champion is the way to go if you’re looking for prompt, professional and efficient service with great customer service and communication. I had an issue with water damages caused by my washer and Jolan from Champion came in explained the process to me and reassured me that it would be taken care of. He had his team out the very next day to move everything out and start the process. This was my first experience with having to file an insurance claim and Jolan was very knowledgeable and reassuring about this process and answered each time I called with questions! I was extremely pleased with this company and the service provided and will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of disaster recovery!!

Excellent service! Champion is a great company with even better employees! We had water leaking from the upstairs shower. Inspected same day that I called and found the source. Jochien inspected and found the source and gave great information with next steps! Within 2 days a crew came and took care of water and mold! Extremely professional and polite!

Don’t think twice CALL them! Champion Cleaning saved our new home. We had a major water leak 2 weeks prior to our official move-in date. Thanks to their amazing team, we were able to move in ON TIME! Water covered the entire home and damaged nearly all of our flooring. The crew arrived fast— in less than an hour they were on site! They removed what was necessary and immediately began drying and cleaning. They dealt directly with our insurance and provided detailed reports and photos daily until everything was clean and dry. I’m so glad that Mr. Jockien and the champion cleaning team was my 1st call. This was my 1st insurance claim (water damage) and he provided professional guidance, certified repair companies (plumber, electrician, painter, etc), and worked with my insurance company. The Champion Staff from the admin to the clean up specialist were respectful, on time, detailed, and ensure 100% satisfaction. The service was amazing and the cost was great; very reasonable.

A friend told us to call Champion immediately after having water damage in our kitchen. So glad we did. Jockien came shortly after, thoroughly inspected the damage, and gave us a detailed explanation of what is involved in a water claim. Not only that, but when our insurance adjuster tried to dismiss the claim a week later, Jockien showed the data and readings he collected that proved this was a type of damage we should be covered for. Talk about having Sherlock Holmes and Ben Matlock on your team.

Calvin and the rest of the crew were super professional and left everything clean after the demolition. After that, Aaron and Reuben stayed on top of monitoring the humidity levels. Peter came to run bacterial testing just like in a CSI episode to make sure our kitchen was ready for rebuilding. They have a super friendly team that made us feel they 100% had our backs at all times.

Not only did they take care of everything, but they went above and beyond, helped us get the claim approved, AND the insurance company paid for their services. No wonder everybody recommends them. Thanks, Champion!

Thank goodness for Champion Cleaning Systems! I never knew a company like this existed, but sure do appreciate the entire team and how quickly they responded to my plea for help! Our water heater failed and busted at the seam, flooding our 2,500 sq ft basement. As we were trying to clean up the water ourselves and waiting for a plumber, I was referred to this company. I had no idea we had a ‘disaster’ on our hands as much of the water was under the flooring and soaking up the walls already. Hannah was first to respond to my pleas for help with her calm and genuinely compassionate demeanor. Then Jolan arrived within 2 hours to save the day. Crews arrived immediately afterward as he set everything in motion. This included us cancelling our Sydney trip, unwinding a two week vacation and focusing on other personal things while Jolan and the Champion team took care of absolutely everything else. Hannah called often to also check in, see how we were doing and to remind us of next steps. Within 8 days, everything was ripped out, cleaned up, DRY, and ready for construction to begin to put it all back together! We were even able to take a shorter trip to Australia as a much needed break! I can’t say enough about the Champion team! They are the unknown hero’s, that you don’t even realize exist, until you get in trouble and they swoop in to save the day! We recently had water leak into our basement, and even though insurance was useless, Champion Cleaning Systems really took care of us. Jockien was the inspector and did a great job to really cover everything and explain it all as he went. Then Calvin and Mike were our technicians and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They got everything taken apart and cleaned up quickly and were also very good about explaining everything as they went. They were also able to connect us with people to fix the water problem long term and to help rebuild the basement. I don't want to need this service again, but I would absolutely call Champion again!

Expeditious, professional, and friendly!! I needed walls tore out, mold mitigation, and dry-out services after a pipe in our walls suddenly decided to leak. They accomplished what should have taken around five days in only three days. I couldn’t have chosen a better company! Thank you very much!

Due to a large blockage in our plumbing leading to the septic tank a large amount of waste and water back flowed into our home. It caused a mess in our bathroom and the basement below it. All while we were home with a newborn baby. Andrew came out the same day I called to inspect the damage and get me rolling on the removal process. Antonio and his crew came out ASAP to remove the affected areas, clean, sanitize, and dry. I was very impressed with their service. Each representative I spoke with was professional and either called me back or showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very clean as they went about the removal and mitigation process. Laying down plastic on anything in they area that could be affected. This was a very stressful event for us and all we wanted was our home back. While I still have a ways to go getting it back like it was I have no concerns about how clean the areas are or issues with potential mold. I truly hope I never need their services again but I will be recommending them to others in need. Thanks Champion!

They accidentally left a lock box on my back door back in 2009. Just today I finally got around to calling them. The office looked up the combination code for me but I still couldn't get the lock off. Told her there was no hurry cause it had been on there for 15 years already. Within two hours my hero Brian was there and had to use a screw driver to get it off my door. He was so personable and took some time to have a really pleasant conversation with me. Can't say enough good things about this experience. BTW, my dealings with Champion back in 2009 was also great. $35,000 worth of water damage and they put my house back together beautifully! Great company, great people. Highly recommend.

I am grateful for the services I received from Champion Cleaning Systems. There was no wait time for services. They came out to my home right away. Representative Jolan explained the process thoroughly and was very curteous and professional. Kyler and Tomikle were both awesome, polite, and very thorough. They walked me through each of their processes and kept me very informed. Both Kyler and Tomikle were also both exceptionally professional and got the job done quickly and with ease.
