Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I am so thankful to the staff at Mr. Tire for their help with my car! I work just up the street, and I came out of work on Thursday to a dead car battery, and it was unable to be jumped. We tried changing the battery ourselves on Friday and the car still wouldn't start, so I called Mr. Tire first thing on Saturday morning. They were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to get my car fixed, walking up the street to my car in my work parking lot to check it out. They were able to diagnose the problem, communicated with me throughout the process, and fixed it that same day. I have been happy with this location in the past, but this experience has solidified our whole family as Mr. Tire customers for life! Great communication, fair prices, and willingness to go above and beyond.. I can't say enough good things.

Noticed the cords of the inside of my front tires showing Friday morning on my vehicle and was worried I would get a blow out.
I stopped in after work that Friday evening as they were getting ready to close up, but Pat stayed late and put 2 new front tires on for me and aligned it to make sure they didn’t wear out again.
The alignment was toe out on both sides causing the tires to wear on the inside but still have full tread on the outside.
The tires and “alignment” were done less than a year prior by Faulkner GMC, do not recommend them at all!

I wish I could give this place 10000 stars. This place is the best and I am so grateful and appreciative of the work that Pat did on my car today. I came in upset because of my car issue and Pat stopped what he was doing and he helped me right away. I rely on my car so much and I was so worried of the outcome. But Pat made sure that he would help me and he did. I am SOO happy that I found them and I will be coming back for all of my car needs. Pat, you are a LIFE SAVER!!! Thank you !!!

I have been coming here with my VW Jetta since I moved to the area. The service is great and always so quick. Patrick is a knowledgeable and kind individual. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Honest, fairly priced, and always doing great work without trying to oversell a repair. They let you know what you need, what’s coming down the line, and when anything is a safety issue. Will be going there for a while. Pat has taken good care of me and my family.

10 stars. Staff today went ABOVE AND BEYOND when our car wouldn’t start a few blocks away. Even after the extra effort, pricing was extremely fair. We are newish to the area and will be lifelong customers for all our auto needs.

Been going to the Mr Tire in Broomall for years. Recent visit in March purchase 4 new Goodyears …over $1250 however, the place isn’t what it used to be. Went back for simple spin balance today, waited over 45min AFTER posted opening time…no one there…called number- corporate person tried calling store- still wasn’t open, people started to line up outside. Person on phone took my number and info, said someone from store would call me back when opened. Never did. Time to try somewhere else…

Called Phoenixville location…after just 5 sec on phone with Mike, I get a great feeling about this location. Can’t wait to visit!

Staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Been going here for eight years and will not take my cars anywhere else for oil changes, state inspections, or tires. Highly recommend.

Michael is fantastic. He is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair, and the service was done quickly. These guys have gone above and beyond consistently to ensure I am satisfied with my service. It’s so hard to find auto repair shops you can trust and I trust these guys 100%.

I take my car to get inspected there every year because I believe they are honest and would not ask me to do anything that was not necessary on my car. They are always friendly and welcoming.

Very helpful when my vehicle had two damaged wheels. Gave me multiple options to resolve the problem. Quickly fixed my wheels. Good pricing on the fix and tires as well. Good communication on estimates and completion. Will be back!

After many unpleasant experiences with chain shops like Midas, Mavis Tire, Jiffy Lube, etc, I was very hesitant to trust another chain location. However, Mr Tire in Phoenixville has always done right by me, easy to communicate with, responsive, and does quality work. Recently took my old rusty Ford Explorer in for a leaking brake line, and they turned it around in less than a day for much less money than I was anticipating. I will continue to come back for other automotive service needs.

We’ve brought my Forester and my husband’s truck here for many years. Pat is wonderful at what he does, friendly, and takes the time to explain if something is wrong. I’ve told my family and would recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Mr. Tire for five years now. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their employees are friendly and have great customer service and have very reasonable prices.

I’ve been taking all of our vehicles to this Mr. Tire location since we started living in Phoenixville. Now we don’t live just a few blocks away anymore and are out of town but we still go out of our way to have our cars serviced at this location no matter what the problem is. Pat has always been so wonderful to work with and is very fair with prices. I’ve never once felt over charged or uncomfortable taking my vehicles there, which I have at quite a few other places. I always recommend this place to friends and family in the area.

The guys here are great! They are very kind and helpful. My truck is always completed quickly and they always let me know if there are any available coupons. I’ve been taking my truck here for a while and will continue to do so.
