If I could give zero stars I would. Karen came and charged $100 for a baseline visit (the lawn was in pretty good shape so not needed but we went along with it). They only finished half the lawn before the mower broke. She said she would be back the next day which didn’t happen. Then she went on vacation for a month. After extending her trip multiple times she finally just stopped replying to me. At best a horribly unprofessional operation and at worst a fraud who takes $100 and never comes back. DO NOT USE THEM!!
