Mom and I dropped by Sunday and Justin delivered incredible customer service along with Mom's favorite Corned Beed Sandwich. Thanks to all for a sparkling clean dining room and exceptionally fast service.

I didn't even care about the food. Because for the first time in the year that I've been to St. Louis after moving from Vegas, I actually had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't even so much as come close to average.

Host: D2135 literally blew it out of the water. Not only did she have the basic " please and thank you" that is lacking all around the fast food world, she went above and beyond and had to be one of the nicest most professional people Ive ever encountered anywhere!!!!

I didn't even check the bag to see if my order was right or if the condiments I requested were in the bag because based on her exceptional service alone I knew she cared enough and made it happen. The world needs more of D2135!!! Wish I had her name.

And I was right. Food was great! Condiments all there and I will skip out on poor service everywhere and go back for sure!!!

Their fish sandwiches give me life. Also, the Jamocha shake didn't taste right so the manager took the time to check the syrup and remade our shakes...and even upgraded the size! Awesome customer service!!

This Location is a good one. Most of the time the people who work there are really nice. My orders are always correct.

Lunch was crazy. These fine and courteous folks were busting ass to get out the food fast and efficiently. A smile goes a long way to brighten a day. It may just be another Arby's but this one is top on my list. How lucky was I to stop and leave in less than 5 minutes.

Tried their new gyro sandwiches both the turkey in traditional gyro. I got two because the 2 for $6 special. Both were filling, tasty and well-made.

Went to the drive-thru so I can't say anything about the inside the place. But the employee at the drive-thru when he was quite helpful and friendly.

Went thru the drive thru at about 9:30 p.m. they where super busy but the lady at the drive thru window remained sweet and had amazing customer service. This was awesome considering anywhere else you go around here you are greeted with attitude. Great job ma'am you made my night a pleasant one!

Nice restaurant great roast beef sandwiches. I like to come here during happy hour and get discounts on food and drink. Friendly staff that greet you every time you come in by name. This Arby’s really has their act together.

They where very busy but still got people through at a decent time. The lady at the window had a smile on her face and was quick. Great job will b back
