Wally is super honest and will give you a straight answer. I had an old laptop that would likely be irreparable, and he saved me time and money by letting me know this before I drove to the shop. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

i had a lovely almost half an hour phone call with the owner of this business and he was very patient and very informative, and that's something we definitely need now days. good owners that know what they are talking about. i will definitely be giving my business to him in the future!!!

A shout out to Wally at CBC computers. I reached out to him to do a upgrade to my desktop and he gave up some of his weekend time (who does that?) to do the work updating the power supply, graphics processor, and RAM. His cable management skills made the machine look better than factory. All the work done in under 2 hours and price that was more that fair. Wally had me come right down when I 1st contacted him. He was willing to to look at my son's home built gaming computer when no one else would. I was lucky enough to find CBC Computer Services years ago and the owner Wally has saved my life MULTIPLE times! (suffice it to say I have ADHD and tend to click on things I shouldn't, lol ;). Wally is AMAZING. Most knowledgable computer technician I have EVER met . . You know you can't LIVE without your internet these days and Wally will always get you back on, when you're encountering any issue . . . When I look at his expertise and the level of service Wally consistently provides, I shudder to think of the prior, "supposedly" professional companies I used before I found Wally. Wally puts the CAPITAL P in "Professional"! On top of that he is an all-around great guy, honest man, giving and caring and will NEVER charge you a cent more than the job was worth/cost. My husband and I moved to Virginia over a year ago and I refuse to even look for a new company down here . . Wally works on your computer REMOTELY which I think is the coolest thing ever, and has helped me several times already since we've been here, even though we are now 6+ hours away! Wally was so helpful and attentive. When I called, he immediately picked up and dropped what he was doing to help me figure out what was going on with my computer. He is very knowledgeable and was able to remotely take over my computer to search and see what was going on and spent a long time helping me and did not quit until the issue was resolved. He is a honest guy who goes out of his way to fix the problem. I would recommend him to everyone.

Wally of CBC is an absolute expert in computers. I needed major repairs, including a new hard drive, and programs and files reinstalled. Wally at CBC was simply wonderful! My laptop crashed with my entire world on it, and Wally recovered the most important information within 48 hours, which makes him a miracle worker in my book, and he did it for a very reasonable cost per hour, which during Covid-19, we can all appreciate.

GREAT experience with CBC! Wally was patient with someone who is not super computer literate and he was extremely knowledgeable. thought my computer was done for good- but he was able to fix it over the phone! Highly recommend this business!!

Ironically I didn't even end up having a business transaction or anything with this business. However, I was extremely impressed and happy with the help I got over the phone when I ran into a small snag while I was building my PC. The person on the phone was very friendly and happily helped me out in the moment and I greatly appreciated it. My computer died at the end of the month when I really need it for my business, I contacted Wally at CBC and he told me to bring it by and offered to diagnose it. After a few minutes it turned out I needed a new computer. I came back the next day with a new computer and Wally transferred all my data from the old one onto the new one in a few hours. Wally really dropped everything to get me and my business up and running. Thanks again!!!
