Techmate

I first visited Techmate in St. Michael, MN. I was very impressed with the service so I was very glad when Techmate opened a shop in my hometown.
We have had the opportunity to use the service at the Buffalo shop and again extremely happy with the service. I was very impressed with Charlie Emrick who helped this old man transfer information from an old computer to a new one.
Thank you Charlie and I’m sure if we need further assistance, we will return to your shop. These days it’s good to have someone to trust!

I had a wonderful experience with these guys I really thought for a long time that good Customer Service had ran its course. But my experience with Techmate in Buffalo proved me wrong, when I walked in, the smiles, the mannerism, and the conversation was amazing the knowledge was impeccable. I was very pleased with my computer and the price was fair. so all I can say is if you are tired of just being a number and would like to feel like a wanted customer along with getting quality service this is the place.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, helped me quite a bit and beyond just service, offering support and advice through text messages and in person, definitely going back again for any of my tech needs!

Always great service at Buffalo location! However, they referred me to their Osseo location for connectivity issue & didn't receive return call from vm left.

Since the day they opened, Techmate has been saving my derriere! (It's French, look it up)

Fantastic service i brought in a damaged galaxy s 23 ultra, and they were incredibly helpful and efficient in getting the parts ordered and getting it repaired and back to me within a couple days.and now my phone is as good as new!

What more are you looking for get your tech fixed here! My Alienware Aurora r7 was in and out in 2 days after I personally set them back probably 45 minutes by trying to install components myself.

The guys were super kind and friendly! Prompt service, too. I'll be returning with any future tech issues.

Wonderful place! Completely fixed my Xbox it broke after but they completely covered it I would definitely go back. One of the nicest tech places I have seen ! Great customer service and support overall a very nice place!!!!

I was having issues with my cell phone sending inappropriate notifications. I spent hours online with Verizon with no success. I went into tech mate and they fixed the problem in minutes. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful! I needed a disc made into a flash drive within a couple hours for a doctor. They went above and beyond to do that for me and in addition, they emailed the cd images to me and included instructions on how to open the file.

I needed a new battery in A OnePlus phone. They ordered the item and installed it quickly and at a reasonable price. I will return if the need arises in the future

I have a problem with my TV and could not figure it out on my own. Being I got the television at Walmart I called them to see if they had any advice and they recommended techmate in Buffalo. I called them in the morning and they had somebody out at my house by mid-afternoon. Not only did they fix it almost immediately they were running a special so that it only cost me $50 for them to come out and fix it. Great service and the repairman was super nice. If I had a problem again with any electronics I would call them.

Called about problem with my chromebook which ended up being a spam issue. Tristan was fantastic on telling me what to do and that if I would bring it in, he could further check it out. No charge and he sure put my mind at ease. Highly recommend !
