Zaftigs Delicatessen Natick

Sandwich was an 8/10. We went later at the end of the day and it was kind of dry. Still good seasonings and good flavor. We purchased ‘The New Yorker’ to go. The people were definitely all nice. Good portions too.

Of the two occasions I've visited, I've sat at the bar looking into the kitchen. Not only is the menu full of delicious items, but the classic diner design and booth layout always makes the space feel inviting. What especially impressed me was how fresh the ingredients are, such as the farm fresh honey and the homemade applesauce. Do not sleep on the apple sauce 🍎👏🏾

Something for everyone! Delicious food, generous portions and fast friendly service. The matzoh ball soup is a family favorite but you honestly can’t go wrong with any menu item.

What a great place! Is it a restaurant, bar, diner? I’m not sure, but this place has it all. Great food and drinks, great service (and fast!), great atmosphere.
Overall GREAT place to grab something to eat or drink.

We visited Zaftigs for lunch meeting up with a friend that recommended it to us. We first started out with Matzoh Ball soup (O.M.G. it was amazing, better than mom's... sorry), and 2 meat filled Knishes, wow so good. Then ordered the challah french toast and fake maple syrup, a little disappointed that it wasn't the real thing but no worries, still delicious. The Reuben was phenomenal I can't tell you how delicious that tasted! Can't wait to go back!!

Zaftigs is a great place for "comfort food". Their sandwiches are delicious, and the staff and atmosphere matched, with attentive servers and quick seating.

The menu is large, with options for almost anyone. We came for lunch and I couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch so I got the Monte Cristo and was not disappointed!

Try one of their many sandwiches if you're not sure what to get.

We came here with a large group, the staff was very helpful in setting things up, they were ready for us when we arrived and took our orders and we received our food quickly. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by.

If you are looking for a Deli with big sandwiches and quality food, this is it! I grew up in New York so I know Delis. Zaftig's is the real thing. Fair prices. Quality food. Great Service! And the atmosphere, well, it's a Jewish Deli and they hit that out of the park too! Love Zaftig's!

Such a cute place with really great kosher deli style fare . You can sit at the bar or be seated. We got the latkes with salmon and I got some poached eggs to make a Benedict kind of thing which was so yummy !! My S/O got pastrami omelet and we both left happy and full. Portions are generous . Would return if ever in town again

Delicious deli with fantastic Jewish and American food! Portions were generous (I don't think I'll need to eat again until dinner or later), service was fast, and everything was prepared fresh to order. Always great visiting the Northeast to enjoy food like this!

The experience overall was fantastic. We were there at the same time as the Sunday brunch crowd, but even though they were busy the staff was attentive to our needs and very prompt whenever we asked for something. The waitress especially did a great great job at doing her job. At no point did we feel rushed, but she successfully stewarded us be out the door so she could turn the table.

I cannot express how valuable and impressive a skill this is to both maximize her table turnover without making us feel like we were unwanted.

Really enjoyed our brunch at Zaftigs. The Eggs Benedict were fantastic. The only problem I have is that 3 slices of bacon costs $4 (as of February 2022). That’s an insane price to pay for bacon, so I won’t be making that mistake again. Service was great and our food was prepared as ordered.

I’ve been eating at Zaftigs for years. My favorite things to get are
1. the grilled banana bread - always start with that
2. The rough rider omelette - corned beef
3. The reuben sandwich

I never go wrong with those. They used to give bagel chips when you were seated but doesn’t look like they still do. That’s too bad.

Service is friendly and quick. Restaurant isn’t much to look at but nothing bad enough to take a star away.

Greeted at the door by friendly staff, seated right away. Matza ball chicken soup was hot, flavorful with big pieces of chicken. Potato pancakes were hot and fresh. Service was attentive.

Good food, broad selection, good service, good management. Call ahead, it's popular! We like it as a family meeting place. Good kids menu, noisy enough so the kids don't have to be seen and not heard! A quirky and fun place with a very extensive, imaginative and interesting menu covering the best deli cuisine from many Jewish cultural sources. They are also very willing to make alterations to suit the customer's specific desires. The prices are also quite reasonable for these times. It has a cheerful upbeat ambience.

The New York sandwich was amazing. Huge size portions. Try the buttermilk pancakes with bananas, strawberries and side order of bacon. You won't be disappointed.

Came here for the first time with my family. The food is AMAZING. Best corned beef sandwich!!

The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly. Today we got Bagel Chips, a BLT, and the Challah French Toast with strawberries and bananas.

Delicious. Matzah ball soup. Fast as I was hungry. Then Chicken Piccata on potato pancakes with spinach, carrots, red peppers. Took a bunch of stuff home.
