I've been here a few times recently. The lines were short and the employees were helpful and efficient.

The team at Trolley Square Post Office is always friendly, quick to serve and overall pleasure to deal with.

These guys are fantastic! Taylor and Mike are customer service stars!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Every time you walk in the line is literally at the door! This is so ridiculous that there is only 2 people and the pace is so slow, every time I go it takes 30mins just to do something simple! On top of that once you finally get to the front of the line they just put a sign saying “register closed”, to either go to the bathroom or just leave while there’s still over 10 people waiting in line. This place is absurd. You will waste your time here!!

The two gentleman that operate the front desk here a majority of the time are the two of the grumpiest postal workers I've met (and I've met plenty). Every time I go in there they give an attitude as if it's a hassle to assist me. I will avoid this branch at all costs if possible.

Super rude front desk employees. I don't want to be treated like dirt for asking general questions about my packages. Would never return.

Worst post office, clerk acts like never received any of my packages for PO Box. Not sure how this is so difficult.

Nao gostei do atendimento . Só porque nao sabia falar Ingles ,o atendentes foi super grosso comigo.
Fui em outra USPS e fui tratada super bem .
