My son and I do "Pretzel Dog Lunch" about once a month. We sit in the parking lot and watch the traffic while eating and chatting. Pretzel Dogs are always hot, fresh and delicious.

So thankful to find this pretzel factory. Delicious and warm Philly Soft Pretzels. Tastes like the ones I remember getting right from my street corner in Philly growing up. The dipping sauces are an added bonus but my favorite is the perfect spicy mustard Philly style. Will definitely be back for more.

I've been a local customer since they first opened. I've stopped in on the fly for a half dozen, and have picked up 50 or more for gathering events. Always great service, and never a disappointment. I keep a bottle of each of their mustards on hand at home. Just something about their yellow mustard that is different from anything out of a supermarket. Love it, and the spicy hot as well. Here's to a long lasting supply of their great pretzels!

I often buy 3-4 Crowd Pleasers on Saturday mornings to offer to the people working at the plant I manage.
The Horsham Pretzel Factory Team have always been great to work with and the pretzels are a favorite with the Team at the plant.

The Horsham location is my go-to spot for Philly Soft Pretzels.

Never tried their pretzels. I walked in and was given some suggestions on what to try. Amazing customer service and everything I tried was awesome! I will be back to this store.

My husband and I take our grand-kids here to get pretzels and sandwiches all of the time. The pretzels are delicious and so are their sandwiches. When we ask for pretzels without salt (health reasons), they kindly accommodate us (usually about 10-mins. to wait), but for the wait, you get REALLY GREAT! tasting fresh pretzels. Kids are very friendly and courteous that work here, too.

I'm from Maryland; and all I have to say was wow it was amazing. Cheap hot pretzels with very friendly service. You can't get any better! Hopefully when I come to Philly again we stop in! Thank you!

Nothing like picking up a tray of rivets before a game/party/pretty much anything. Reasonably priced for what you get and their dipping sauces are on point. Don’t sleep on the sweet dipping sauce!

Stopped in last friday about 30 min before closing. Pretzels were all still hot and fresh! It's been 6 days and the 3 we have left still good!!! Haha will be back after the snow storm!
