Ross Dress for Less

I recently had an exceptional experience shopping at Ross! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and assisted in finding exactly what I needed. A staff member named Josefina was very knowledgeable, Professional, and even helped me save some time in finding what I was looking for. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received at Ross and will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs. Addicted to Ross. How could you not be, the best deals on clothes, got a whole outfit including two pairs of shoes, some Hugo Boss, and a thermos for right about a hundred bucks. You can beat that. Not for the quality of the clothes anyway. We try to stop at every Ross we see, you never know what they got for ya.

Great store. I loved that they had 3 security. I wish every place was like that. But then again they are so busy the times we've been in there. Need to keep these thieves away they just don't give up when they try to steal.. The hispanic security was so welcoming when we went inside, and after he heard me translating something to my mom he started speaking in Spanish instead so that she can understand what he was saying. That to me is having good manners and shows how professional he is. Will definitely continue to shop here more often.

Fantastic service and great clothes selection for an emerging business professional. Bought 30 items so my cart was loaded and I was keeping the dressing room attendant busy. Was never treated suspiciously or followed around, even when my card was declined because of fraud protection.

Light-years better than TJ Maxx. Good variety and even better prices. No complaints.

Have shopped at many Ross Stores in my travels due to selection and price. This one is average for Ross, except that checkout was extremely quick. Was a long line and I was served and out of there within 5 min. really pleased.

Typically get my shoes here, and this visit was no exception. The selection can be hit or miss if you have average size feet. Mine are a little bigger than average so usually no problem finding a nice pair at a good price.

The mobile mechanic never called back. I never made it to the glass place. And Ross was very good. They had things i was looking for. Ross was clean and organized. Staff very helpful.

Found the exact frames I needed! They have a good selection compared to other Ross locations in the area! Win!

As stressful as checking out in a Ross Store can be... Alfonso made it actually enjoyable. More than the standard, polite, customer service... He was very funny, sincere and still super fast with the getting you settled up and out the door. A+ DUDE. I am fully aware of what a thankless, low pay job you have... So good on you for still going the extra mile.

I could spend so much money here! Cleaner and more organized than in the past. Nice product line. Great prices. Staff is nice. But DEFINATELY go in off peak hours-the secrets out and it gets busy!

They really do mean dress for less! I always get my clothes from the thrift store, but Ross provides better clothes for just a bit more. Everything is super cute and they have a lot ! They have a lot of makeup, and I enjoy all of it. They always have candy, electronics, kitchen wear, room decorations, bags, bathroom stuff, and rugs and mirrors!

Lots of great stuff, as usual. Got some Christmas shopping done. The checkout line was long but moved pretty fast since they had several registers open.
