They did a beautiful job resizing my wedding ring! I haven't seen it sparkle like this in a long time! The staff are so wonderful and didn't push any sales on us either while I was glancing at their jewelry.

I went into Drenon wanting to reinvent my wedding ring. I had a vision and Evan quickly saw my vision and helped make it a reality! They made it in-house, I LOVED this!! They did a beautiful job!!! I am amazed!! They did it for a very reasonable price, made a 3D model for me to approve and made it in just a few weeks. Evan was helpful each step of the way, making it seem less!

I only gave 5 stars because there is not an option for 11! The first time I walked in I met Steve the owner. Steve spent over an hour talking with me about Rolex and the history behind the brand. It gave me excitement for the brand and hope that I would truly have a chance at acquiring my dream watch. I stayed in touch with him, would visit the store and text him from time to time with questions about watches which he was always quick to respond. Today I stopped in for one of my visits to check out his great display only to find out that my watch had just came in! It was still in the box that it and a few others were shipped in. Jose helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly while Steve was activating the warranty. From the first day through delivery I could not be happier. The folks at Drenon are kind, professional and now life long friends! This is the only jewelry store I will ever use from this day out!

I walked into Drenon Jewelry and a gentleman there was immediately friendly and helpful. I was there for a watch band resizing. He took care of that quickly. I am very impressed with Drenon Jewelry. The store itself has a very nice selection of jewelry and watches.

THE BEST jeweler around. They have done 4 custom jobs for me and I am thrilled with every single one. The most important was my wife's completely custom engagement / wedding rings. I gave them a sketch and some screenshots and talked about my vision, and they were able to work up a 3-D digital rendering. From there, we made a few tweaks and then they created a mold to cast the rings. The execution was precise and flawless. I also wanted a non-traditional diamond, called a "salt and pepper" diamond. They found me several options and one was absolutely perfect, a 2.5ct brilliant cut diamond. I've attached photos of my wife's rings they created. She has had women stop her to look at it and give it compliments regularly for the past 2+ years (they made it in March 2020).

They also made a solid gold matching bangle that is shown on her wrist. I asked for a hammered finish and they did such a beautiful job - the jewelers are so skilled!!
Customer service is also top notch and very responsive.
Pricing was less than I was finding other places, which is another huge bonus.
Lifetime warranty, as good or better than other jewelers offer.

I recently stopped in Drenon Jewelry to look at Rolex's. I did not expect the service and treatment that Jose and Steve offered over other AD's that treat you like a number that can be passed over for there regulars.
The upfront honesty that Jose and Steve have are why I think there the pinnacle of Rolex AD's in KCMO.
The owner Steve Frisch even spent an hour with me discussing and showing me Rolex's in his own collection after I was done conducting my business.
The loyalty to there customers extend so much farther than a sale.

I can’t express enough of my gratitude for the experience I had with Steve Drenon. It was a chance meeting that he answered my call late one evening as I was in a frantic search for the perfect Rolex for a special anniversary gift for my colleague. While fascinated with Rolex, at the time admittedly was a novice in this search. He quickly captivated my attention with his wit, connection to St. Louis, and time in explaining this crazy phenomenon of purchasing on the spot. He told me it was unlikely but if something became available he would reach back. By noon the next day he was connecting with me to see how I was doing with my search and had a special Wimbledon time piece that had arrived. I was sold instantly on his service and attention to detail. When I arrived a month later to pick up my masterpiece he captivated my attention again. Now understanding the great hunt, I found myself leaving with my own. Thank you to the wonderful time, attention and education. Definitely worth my drive and time and wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey again.

**Update** Google will not allow for me to add another review so I am adding onto this one. My wife and I have our 15 year wedding anniversary this year. I needed something unique and special for this occasion and didn't want something out of the box. I worked with Rhonda to build the perfect custom necklace for my wife. Rhonda worked through every detail and made great suggestions that I ended up using. If you are looking for something custom I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing Rhonda. I met with Steve last week. It was an incredible experience and he took the time to get to know me. That is pretty rare these days. I think anyone who is looking to purchase jewelry owes it to themself to at least stop by before going anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

I'm the kind of person who likes to research the heck out of things before purchasing. I like to be informed and find the best quality for the best price. I was looking at rings online obsessively for months. This CA girl finally found that in the Mid West!

We had a great experience with the nice people at Drenon Jewelry! My fiancé's mom recommended Drenon since she felt like she can trust the staff there. We are from CA visiting family in Independence and stopped by Drenon's for a quick peek on the day before New Year's Eve. That peek turned into a purchase! The diamond was gorgeous, the price was right, we were able to custom design the ring, the service was excellent, and the turn around time was very quick - received ring in mail in a week! Gunther greeted us warmly and patiently brought rings out for me to try. He brought me outside to look at the ring in natural lighting. When he didn't know something, he found someone who did. Steve, the owner, was personable, passionate and speedy! He called Kelly, the jeweler, who was napping at home and kindly asked him to come in immediately! LOL. Brenda, the designer, suggested that the cushion diamond sit on an axis to make it look bigger and more unique - ingenious! Since I wanted the ring to have a slim profile and for the diamond to sit low, she recommended the shank come up to the prongs on the crown to give the ring more structural support. At one point in the design process, I had Steve, Brenda, Gunther, Kelly and my fiancé all surrounding me and helping me with the ring. I really felt held and heard.

We asked to view the diamond under magnification. Steve explained what we saw and also what the different numbers meant on the GIA certification. For example, inclusions are better in the center of the diamond because that's more stable. Not only did we learn more about diamonds, we learned a bit about the diamond industry as a whole, and learned about the history of this family business.

On 12/31 NYE, we returned to the shop to try on the custom mold casting. Steve worked as if there's no tomorrow and was able to get our custom designed ring to us in CA within a week despite the holiday closure! I would recommend Drenon's to anyone.

A long review is not necessary. First time in and won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Steve provided his undivided attention for over two hours to make sure I was well educated and 100% comfortable with my purchase. Gold standard of customer service!
