I worked with Eddie first who was knowledgeable and very patient with me since I came in not sure at all about the company or what I wanted to do. He answered my questions and was so pleasant that I went ahead and switched to boost service yesterday. Then Omar came in and was very nice, outgoing, and respectful. He addressed all my concerns, gave me some great deals and really helped me out. Thats the best experience I've had with a phone company in a long time I was definitely a satisfied customer when I left.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After calling about half of boost mobile stores and getting a no or a I can't. THIS ONE answered quickly and said YES I CAN HELP YOU!! He helped me with my issue I was having with paying my bill and i will be calling this boost mobile for now on and referr them to everyone i know th has boost. They don't be playing about their customer service.
