Our old "Green Girl", after 24 years of loyal service, finally needs her rest. A La-Z-Boy leather recliner that we bought just before the birth of our baby girl, back in 2001!
We knew that we needed a visit to the La-Z-Boy showroom in Ann Arbor. We were helped by Bob, and we were able to find a nice match to our old recliner. Very comfortable, roomy, and in a much better color. Brown leather. There was a good deal going on over 4th of July, so we actually bought 2!
Bob is a no-pressure salesman, and very knowledgeable about the details of their furniture. I recommend him to help you.

A lot of options in both reclining and fixed couches. Amanda was knowledgeable and patient as we explored many options before deciding on our new couch. This is the second time we’ve purchased furniture here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Went to look for stationary sofas. Store was laid out very nice. As a showroom, well displayed with accent pieces, pillows, end tables etc. Amanda my sales gal, not pushy like other furniture stores. I wandered around, made a couple trips back to the store deciding what sofa I wanted. When I finally decided, sale went smoothly. Actually, all staff that work there very knowledgeable about their products. Great experience! TY Amanda, looking fwd to delivery of my sofa.

Excellent service from our salesperson, Stanley—friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to talk with, he let us make our own decisions—not pushy. Would definitely engage with him again!

For delivery: Charlie and Terron were exceptional! Kept me informed of their delivery schedule—when they were on the way and when they arrived. Courteous and respectful, the were kind and helpful in getting the furniture in the room and set up.

Everything was as promised: delivered on time (actually, a little early!), set-up where I wanted it, and all packaging taken away.

The staff was professional and patient & treated me with a sincere respect while we talked about the chair I had in mind! Amy took me thru the process and then she explained each option to work with me to get exactly what I needed and was looking for, which was a pleasant experience and surprise to work with someone who was willing to help me find what I was looking for, and not trying to push me towards her commission, but helping me find what works best for me!

If you need any furniture this is the place to go! Bob Bryant was knowledgeable, kind and so patient with us as we figured out which recliner was the best fit for us. I can’t recommend them highly enough! We had started at another furniture store in town and it has all those used car salesman vibes… none of that here! The best experience shopping for furniture that we’ve had!

Robert Bryant was a marvelous sales person, in ordering our long-sought MidCentury Modern, high leg recliner. It looks fabulous (stealth recliner), will be in a beautiful black velvet, and he helped me order the matching, custom “kidney pillow” that helps my lower back. Thank you Robert, in Ann Arbor!

I received excellent customer service from Kelly at the Ann Arbor, Michigan La-Z-Boy store when I picked out a coffee table for our family room. She was highly knowledgeable about the pieces available and processed the order quickly. I highly recommend her, and the Ann Arbor store.

A very nice store. I love that new furniture smell when you walk in the door. The salesman really knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. The selection was extensive and they have something for every taste.

Great Store!!! Large selection!!! Great sofa chairs!!! Sales person was a great help in selecting the proper chair, cushion, and fabric. Great chairs, especially their recliners. My 1st recliner lasted over 20 years! I have now purchased 7 La-Z-Boy recliners and sofa chairs! They are amazingly wonderful!!! The sales people are always very helpful. Thank-you La-Z-Boy!!!

I’m always reluctant to give reviews until the job is completely finished, but so far my experience with La-Z-Boy has been wonderful. The sales people have been very nice and helpful and Victoria, who helped us pick out the details, went above board in helping. If delivery is as promised, I will be extremely happy with dealing with La-Z-Boy.

Our sales person Justin was excellent with us. Gave us unpressured time to just sit and make sure the chair would work for my husband with a bad back. Addressed our concern with helpful information. Dealt with an intrusive guest expertly to assure our comfort. Very impressive. Range of products allowed us to get a good solution to our needs.

I just ordered the Lennon Wall Reclining Power Loveseat w/Console, Headrest, and Lumba at the la z boy in Ann Arbor I upgraded to firmer cushion. I don’t have it yet. But my daughter had ordered the Lennon Wall Reclining Sofa from La-Z-Boy 3 years ago. I had tried on it and loved it. It is very comfortable and had firm support for my back and neck. Bob helped me in picking the nice, top good leather and gave me good advice about the convenience of choosing the remote controls for both sides of the loveseat. We were very happy working with Bob. Thank you Bob for helping us choose the good ones.
