Always have my drinks done on time through the app. Seems to be a more relaxed atmosphere and workers aren't bouncing off each other.

Review for March 13th 2022. The Starbucks located near 10th Street West in Lancaster California. I walked in here today and I was treated and greeted very nicely. I needed to use the restroom and the employee quickly offered me the code. I really appreciate attentiveness and good customer service. Besides this, their coffee is also very good.

For the coffee connoisseur, hot or cold, weak or bold, come enjoy a cup 'o joe at Starbucks! Not just great coffee, but coffee cake, cookies, as well as coffee gifts, i.e. cups, thermoses, coffee grounds, etc. The atmosphere is trendy with quiet music, plugs for your laptop and tables for you inside it or out. Enjoy that java!

Really great customer service guy is so awesome with greetings in the morning! I didn’t get his name but I will update when I get it!!

I love the Latte Vente with light ice and 3 raw sugars with an extra shot. It's $6.45 and worth it.

This Starbucks is super fast in the morning...efficient, and very friendly to their customers...I enjoy picking up breakfast and I'm on my way in no time at all. I love the holiday wreath they made out of Starbucks cups! ♡

I love the strawberry refresher, good music, dark roast coffee yum, and the yummy Java mint Frappuccino. It's near home and near bus stop to school. Sometimes I see the homeless hanging around, they pester me at times. Mostly I see cool people coming for coffee and bakery food. I like their almond banana bread loaf. The manager is nice and good service.

My daughter and I came through the drive-thru and were greeted with the great energy and amazing personality of Josh. It's good to know that there are some people who still believe in good customer service.

I was all proud that I included a $1.25 tip. The male did not acknowledge. I brought it to his attention so cash drawer will balance. He apologized and thanked me. It is always the customers who do not pull their vehicle forward in drive thru to make room for others.

This starbucks is alright, I like the peppermint mocha. Someone I don't know followed me to the store this morning. I did see some familiar faces and some people I recognize before. The area is busy and better to order inside than do drive thru and waste gas. There are two bathrooms and you need a code. Overall a good store and the staff there is friendly.

She was just wonderful the whole time they were very busy but she treated us like we were the only ones there and I was very impressed 😁 thank you so much

It was my birthday and got my birthday coffee. There's always a line to get coffee. So I didn't expect anything other then to have to wait for my coffee. I ordered it in the app and waited to pick it up. It was, of course, delicious. Didn't know they offer coconut milk. Had that in my Carmel macchiato and requested one less pump of the vanilla syrup.

Patricia, the store manager, absolutely a gem... She is so sweet and accommodating. I was sitting here working, waiting for my car to get fixed, a friend had tried to call in a drink order for me but he couldn't pay over the phone so she took it upon herself to bless me with the drink on her, to take some of the stress away from my day. I cant even express how kind she is! It's these type of people that restore faith in humanity :)

Thanks for being open to the time you advertised. I wish the store closer to my house followed their hours rather than close 40 minutes before their advertised time.

The new lady at the counter with the blue braids is fantastic. (SO sorry I didnt catch her name) She is so super polite and friendly, bubbly, and treats her employees respectfully and openly thanks them for their hard work. These places get busy and those details often go unnoticed. Thank you for what you're doing!

Excellent staff here, couldn't speak more highly of them. Even in a rush, they always stay on top and ensure customers get what they ordered. And if something does gets made not quite right, they'll remake it without question. Coffee is always good here, and the food items are pretty good as well.

My iced coffees are done on point. Sandwiches are nice and hot. Excellent customer service. I always come here! Just wish they could be open until 1am because sometimes I be craving a coffee during those times 😄

Idk who morning crews are but I came in on 4/29 all these young kids are so positive. I walked in for the first time at this spot and everyone is so cheerful. I was feeling there vibes as they spoke to one another 😂 I don’t even know them. I was smiling behind my mask.
