Booking him for our special day was one of the best decisions we made. From the first meeting we had with him, my husband and I knew he was just what we were looking for because of his professionalism and passion for what he does. He truly grasped the vibe we were hoping to create and had everyone from my 5 year old cousin to our grandparents having a great time. It’s been a month since our wedding and we are still getting compliments on his work! We are so grateful for Chris for making our day so special and can’t wait to find an excuse to throw a party so we can book him again and again!

It wasn’t even a question to have Jason as our wedding DJ. Every single guests commented saying how awesome he was and that he truly made the party. He was extremely helpful, making sure we followed our timeline and were in the right spot the whole night. We decided to include up lighting, the frank sinatra experience as well as ceremony music. This completely elevated our event. Jason takes so much time to get to know the couple, understand their vision and make sure his set list is compatible with the vibe. SCE is so professional and they are the absolute best in the business. I would recommend all of my friends to use them. Jason went above and beyond to make us feel special on our big day. That was beyond our wildest dreams. I can’t wait to throw another party and use their services again!

Jeff brought the energy!!!! Every single guest and many wedding vendors at the reception said “Who is your DJ? He made this the best wedding” Everyone, including our 80+ year old grandparents and little flower girls, were on the dance floor all night. Jeff mixed every song live (like what?? He’s Superman)! It was so important to me for someone to really be in it, feel the crowd and respond. Jeff did that and more!!! It was the set of my dreams. He took the do not play list serious and he took the please play list and leveled it up beyond. He just got the vibe and ran with it!

If you do one thing right for your planning, RUN to SCE and hire Jeff!

SCE Group, and Chris Atwood, made our wedding day a day that we will never forget!! They are extremely responsive, professional, and highly communicative while planning your wedding. Chris really got to know my husband and I on a personal level, and paid such attention to detail to truly understand what type of music would make our day. Our guests didn’t stop dancing the entire time, and always bring up how incredible Chris was as our DJ/host! We love SCE! I used them years ago for an event and they were amazing so naturally I wanted to reach out to them again for my wedding. DJ Obando was the best! So attentive to us and he really made our big day even better. We wanted everyone dancing all night and he made that happen! We also loved that he spoke both Spanish and English which made it an all inclusive event for all friends and family!

From the very first song to the last dance, Chris’s energy and talent set most incredible tone for our celebration. He had EVERYONE on their feet and having the time of their lives! His ability to read the crowd and keep the party going was BEYOND impressive, and we can't thank him enough for that. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the amazing music and the phenomenal atmosphere he created. So many people (and we mean SOO MANY people) called us after our the wedding just to tell us how incredible he was. They loved the way he seamlessly blended the classics with the upbeat dance tracks, and how he got even the most reluctant dancers out on the floor. Chris played such a crucial role in making our wedding day not just memorable, but an absolute BLAST.

Even from a planning perspective, working with Chris was an absolute joy. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our requests made the planning process stress free and so much FUN. During one of our planning sessions, we mentioned an idea we had for our first dance and how we were back and forth between the slow version and fast version of our song. Chris did not hesitate to offer him personally creating a mix of both versions for us and within days he delivered a phenomenal mix for us to use. People were so impressed and we received so many compliments on how cool it was. We didn’t even think it was possible to have both versions but Chris took our idea and made it into an epic reality with his mix!!!!

Chris reached out after to thank us for giving him the opportunity to DJ our wedding, even though we were the lucky ones to have him on our special day! From start to finish, Chris made us feel so special before, during and after our special day and we can’t thank him enough for making our wedding dreams a reality. We feel incredibly lucky to have had DJ O as our DJ. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and so much of that is thanks to him! We will continue to recommend him to anyone and everyone.

SCE Event Group exceeded all our expectations! We had DJ Jeff Scott Gould and his crew at our wedding, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. From our initial planning and scheduling with Steph (Who addressed all our concerns) to the epic dance party that Jeff orchestrated, every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Our guests couldn't stop raving about Jeff—at least 40 of them told us he was one of the best DJs they'd ever heard. His ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high is unmatched. We let him do his thing, and it resulted in an unforgettable party.

One aspect that stood out was how aesthetically pleasing Jeff's setup was. Unlike the typical DJ setups that can be a bit of an eyesore, Jeff's classy lamps and bar lighting elevated the ambiance and perfectly set the mood for the dance floor. The Photo Booth was another highlight, and our guests loved it! We even received the photos via download link that same night, which was a fantastic touch.

I cannot recommend SCE Event Group highly enough—if you're looking for a team that will deliver a flawless and fun wedding experience, they are the ones to call!

BEST WEDDING EVER. I don’t even know where to begin. The energy in the room from start to finish was insane. I don’t think there was one person not on the dance floor. I met with Jason one time before and told him what I liked but also said I trusted him and wanted him to take control. Man, did he understand the assignment, every single song, mash up absolutely incredible. We also had percussion, sax and violin - it was ridiculous SO talented every single person was RAVING about the music, Jason, and each instrument. I can’t believe that was my wedding, it was the best time I ever had in my entire life. He even created a mash up just for me with all my favorite things incorporating the saxophone as well, he just went above and beyond. We are so grateful to have went through this process with them, I had not one ounce of stress about music I knew he was going to kill it. If you’re thinking about doing it and if it’s worth investing in the instruments - do it, I promise you will not be disappointed!! I am trying to figure out how I can do this again bc it was so amazing.

Nick Spinelli is an absolute gift from the music gods!! My husband and I could truly never put into words how unforgetable he made our wedding! Not hiring Dj Nick Spinelli for your event would be the biggest mistake, from the planning stages to the most amazing night ever he was 100% through the entire process! He is fantastic to work with and we will absolutely be hiring him for events moving forward!

The music and entertainment for our wedding was the most important part of the day for me (besides saying 'I Do'!) so choosing the right vendor was critical! I looked into many different options, but I am SO happy I choose SCE and in particular, Jason Cohen as our DJ for our big day!

From our very first Zoom meeting, we clicked on musical styles and love for sneakers and DJ AM. He understood my passion for making sure the guests have a good time and wow did he deliver! He was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

SCE also had some great tools to request songs and work with your DJ on every musical elemental of the night prior to your event. No request was off limits and actually made Jason excited for the challenge while appreciating your shared music passion. He made us custom mixes of our favorite songs and found an AMAZING saxophonist to accompany his DJ set which sounded like they played together for years!

I can't say enough how great Jason and SCE were us to us and our wedding guests are still telling us that they never had so much fun at a wedding before! THANK YOU!!

Our wedding was on August 1, 2024 and we had the most amazing time, especially because of our DJ Paul Knox. Not only was the party so much fun because of the music, Paul was such an amazing, energetic person to be around. His energy is contagious and it brings everyone out to the dance floor for a great time! We are so happy with SCE from the planning process, to the final check ins all the way to the team that showed up on our big day. We even were able to slip in some last second requests with ease. We had a fantastic wedding and would recommend SCE, Paul and his team for any and all special occasions!!

My wife and I hired SCE to be the Entertainment for our wedding and we chose Chris Obando as our MC and DJ. We are so happy with our choice and couldn't have been happier with the night. Besides the wedding itself. SCE and Chris provide an in depth planning guide and form to ensure that leading up to the wedding we are all as prepared as possible. Everyone was raving about the music and that no one left the dance floor after the first song was played.

SCE made our wedding unforgettable for both us and our guests. We had Chris Atwood as our DJ and I do not have enough good things to say about him and his team. Us and our guests rarely sat down all night because Chris played non stop hits. He played our final requested song at the end of the night, but had recorded our vows and was able to mix them in flawlessly. It was an incredible surprise! I highly recommend them hosting your event.

We hired Jason Cohen from SCE to DJ our wedding and he was probably the best part of the whole night! Great personality, very personable and incredible talented. He made sure to include all of our song requests and accommodated any last minute changes. He had everyone dancing the whole night and knew just how to keep them on the dance floor.
