Dale spent a considerable amount of time determining our unique rooftop material/construction and the best approach to repairing it. No other companies did that.

Dale with Real Good Roofing was by far our number 1 choice. He took his time evaluating our concerns, listened to us, did a thorough inspection of our roof including checking in the attic space. Our roof is 12 years old and leaks in certain areas. We have hired a company in the past to repair this area but have yet to be successful. We found Real Good Roofing through an internet search. I called and left a message. We received a call back later that day with a scheduled appointment within days. On the appointment day, Dale arrived on time; he was very professional. He did a thorough inspection. Dale is highly knowledgeable about roofs. He narrowed the source of the leak. Dale took many pictures and explained our roofing situation. He told us our repair opinions, which didn't include a complete roof installation. What I liked about my interaction with Dale was that he didn't try to sell us a new roof like the other roofing companies. My husband and I are both military veterans, and he gave us an excellent discount, which made the repairs affordable. We were able to confirm an appointment for the following day. On the repair day, Dale and another worker arrived on time with all the needed material to complete the job. I also appreciated that they took the time to cover my flowerbed to avoid debris and damage to my plants. Real Good Roofing completed the repairs within a few hours, leaving my property in its original condition with no debris.

They were fast in checking my roof, quotes were quick and detailed. They worked hard to fix our issues before the rain came. As newly weds that just purchased our first home, we really appreciate the options and honesty. We are extremely appreciative for everything! 10/10 recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. I am active duty military stationed in D.C. but I still own a rental property in Savannah. Finding quality tradesmen in Savannah, especially from a distance, can be tricky, but these guys are amazing!!! I called them because we saw signs of a leak. They were out to the house within an hour to inspect!!! They immediately called me and sent over 60 pictures!! While they could have told me I needed an entire new roof, they were totally honest and transparent. I just needed some minor repairs. Dale was amazing and worked around our schedule of visitors to make the repairs. He followed up again with tons of pictures. If you want great communication, great workmanship, and honesty, this is the company to use!! So happy I found these guys…they will be my go to from here on out!!

This week Real Good Roofing installed a new roof on my house. Installation was completed in 1 day. The crew was fast and well organized. When the job was complete, clean up was excellent.

Contact was made through Dale. He was a real joy to work with. Communication was excellent with calls and texts being returned quickly. Received my quote in a couple days and was satisfied with the cost. He was interested in my ideas and helped me make decisions. He explained the materials to be used and their application.

Dale came out promptly and quickly identified the cause of our roof vent leak. Three days later it was fixed. He replaced the old vent which was made out of a metal that is inappropriate for use on houses in this area. He replaced it with an aluminum vent which will not be affected by the salt air. He replaced the shingles that had to be removed with matching shingles. The team at Real Good Roofing did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We are Currently dealing with hurricane Debby when I noticed a small leak. I called Dale Shoemaker with real good roofing and he came out right away to check it out. We just bought our house a month and a half ago. Come to find out we had a leak in our kitchen. After calling Rel Good Roofing we found other things that were wrong with our roof. Vents that should have been open and working were not, patches to the roof that were not done well, ect. Dale came out looked at everything and took video and photos to show us the crap roof we just purchased. He was very thorough in explaining why we had a leak and what needed to be done. He could have just told us we needed a new roof but he didn't. A week after his visit he was on our roof and fixed everything that needed to be fixed plus a little extra. Again he explained everything told us what to expect moving forward. Dale is great at what he does and he doesn't try to over extend your budget.

Dale, with Real Good Roofing, came out to look at a leak my daughter had on her roof. My daughter and son-in-law just closed on their house at end of June. After T.S. Debby a leak was discovered. Dale promptly came out and gave a reasonable quote. The repair was completed a few days later. Can't recommend him and Real Good Roofing enough. Found them on f.b. with another referral.

I had work done on my roof (e.g. replaced boots and replaced shingles) and had warped vinyl siding replaced on my previous home. The work was completed on time for the price that was provided as an estimate. I had no issues with the results or the quality of work.
