West Park location in Houma, Louisiana. Placed order for multiple family boxes. Friendly staff kept us informed on the status of our take out, as it was a very large order. Very well run facility.

Drive through line was to the highway but went fast enough my gas needle didn't move. Was nice having an employee in good spirits and enjoying her job and working fast. I got home and surprised at the large size of the chicken pieces which tasted great. The sides are so small they should call them mini sides and at over $3 a side that seems like robbery. But what can you do, really nothing but enjoy what you're able to buy. Definitely going back!!

Ngl I been here three times in the last week the ladies working the drive thru are always kind even tho I know they tired from working on their feet all day, food always fresh and service with a smile. They are one of my top 2 locations. Thanks for all you do! I hope they get paid well bc you can't teach customer service and I see the same people working all the time and being upbeat is hard when dealing with the public . In conclusion love this location and their employees

The food was nice and hot good service

There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but they were pretty quick with the staff at hand. After I ordered for my family, I drove around, and by the time I got to the window, I was greeted by a smiling face, the lady double checked my order with me, then proceeded to hand me my family's food, and I was on my way. The time it took from just pulling into the drive thru line to the speaker box was about 7-8 minutes. ( 3 cars in front of me). But from the time I ordered to the time I got my food, it only took about 3 minutes or less. I didn't see many people working when I looked inside, so I understand why they were not as quick. I gave 5 stars because I only said my order once, they listened, got it right, repeated it back. The lady at the drive thru window ( didn't catch her name ) was the absolute sweetest. Once I got the food for my family, ( I checked the bag... I mean, who doesn't)? But EVERYTHING was exactly what I ordered. The sides were the exact size I ordered. The chicken was hot, fresh& juicy. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience!

They were very busy, went through driveup, and brought home to eat.
The chicken was bought Spicy and was very good.

The chicken was fried to the perfect southern crispness . The seasonings was taste perfect..we ordered and it was ready when we arrived. The servers were friendly and prompt.

I went to this location this morning after church and i must say I was impressed they very busy with 3people working and they were really working hard to get orders out inside and drive thru was busy I will be returning to this location job well done

This was our family's first experience at any Popeye's. The manager, Laura, was so sweet and so kind. Rachel also took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. The food was also so yummy!

The Fried Chicken serves is bomb and it leaves you wanting more. After all, once you get chicken, you are gonna want to get their famous red beans and rice, as well as their delicious buttermilk biscuits! There is also excellent service and the food always comes out fresh.

Love this Popeyes location all the time! They're only downfall is the damn speaker for the drive thru. They need a new speaker, I ALWAYS have issues hearing and understanding the person taking the order.

Everything was A.1 fine, top of the line them legs them thighs blew my mind them breast and wings made me sing, those beans and rice was oooh so nice with a little spice, those biscuits and fries what a surprise! and those MASHED taters had me chomping like a gator,,,yumm

I went there today & i was very satisfied with the results of my order. Everything was in the bag and my order was correct , highly recommended.

Aside from the long line I had to wait in the service itself was fantastic the food is amazing and I guess like everybody else in that line I agree that good food is worth waiting for

Went through the drive thru. Very kind and friendly. Got in and out really fast even with fresh onion rings. They even gave me the sauce that I asked for. Thank You .....

I had a great experience here today. I explained to the manager that this particular place was my very first job. I told her my manager's name, and she knew them!!

Spicy chicken was great...so tender and lots of flavor...staff was friendly...just took way too long for a mobile order...had to pull up and 2 cars behind rolled out
