Only 2nd time to this restaurant in Hazelton, Staff very professional and knowledgeable with all my questions about the menu options and made suggestions that worked great for my purchase. Definitely going back again. Super crew !!!!

I actually go here very often and I can say that the young people run it is very very very polite and helpful, I've been there before when the service was trash but for my last couple of times going there it's been a great experience...the cashier is amazing I love her energy she's very nice and helpful with the order,it's never a long wait,I drive from frackville and I have no regrets..to the cashier thanks for your service and the rest of the staff is amazing...

I like popeye chicken but not this location. Service wasn't great. They are mindless of what was ordered. Mistakes didn't just happen to me but also a lady came back to complain about wrong order given to her. Another customer was arguing with the order taker due to the same reason of wrong order was given.

Food was good. Staff was excellent! Very attentive and helpful. Very friendly!!

The counter girl was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the parking lot was clean as well. I have the chicken strips and they were perfectly made. The meat was juicy in the crunch was perfect. The rice and beans were excellent. And the staff was understanding of the disabled person I had with me.

Everything was delicious. Service very good and friendly loved it.

I have never felt strongly about Popeye's, or any fast food place really - but Google insists that my opinion must be shared on every place I step into. So here it is: a rave review of a Popeye's. I must have walked into a different restaurant than these other reviewers, because I think this place is pretty great. Even with a steady flow of customers, the staff was really quick with orders and everyone was super pleasant. Food was great, our order was out before I could even step away from the counter. Dining room was nice and clean, just a solid experience. Five stars, because this Popeye's is the bomb. <3

I rarely stop for "fast-food" (usually only when I get familiar call "Can u stop & bring home..."). Those rare occasions, combined with the 3 decades I worked at a variety of customer service positions; I tend to be critical with to high expectations on occasion. HOWEVER the treatment I received was the most pleasant & accommodating I have ever gotten from any of these fast-food places, drive thru or otherwise. I subsequently found out she was actually the manager !

The service was solid, quick and easy. The lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and explained the wait times for some of the items we ordered. This is my daughter's first trip there and she took a moment to tell me how nice the lady behind the counter was.

The chicken here doesn't taste like fast food because it's so good! Its not super greasy like KFC and it has real southern flavor. The sides are authentic, too. I wasn't a fan of the dirty rice, but the rice and beans and French fries are seasoned really well. And nothing beats some super sweet southern tea!

The drive thru service is great!! This nice young lady with Glasses is Always so nice and friendly! Food always nice and cold and sweet tea is amazing. Popeyes did good hiring this young lady.

My kid loves the spicy chicken sandwich from here.... I buy them 2 at a time. They are always fresh and hot. Service at the drive thru is always smooth and the customer service is great!!! You guys rock!

I give this place 5 stars for the service. Despite the long line of people I seen at the drive through when I pulled up, I barely had to wait. Service was fast and accurate, just the way I like it. The food was good to, basically what I expected.

Great food. The staff didn't know about their own products though. I asked if the Blackened Ranch dipping sauce was too spicy for a child, she said, "I don't know, I've never had it." The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, not the same as KFC, it's got some kind of cajun seasonings in it.

Easily a 5-star on this visit. Usual great Popeyes fried chicken, but the blackened tenders were perfect. All five tenders were seasoned just right, and all five were a large and uniform size. Excellent!

The two people working the front were amazing. Charismatic and genuinely funny. Makes me want to continue to buy food here considering the pleasant experience and the fact that this is one of the only restaurants to get my order right. Thanks popeyes!

Manager was great! Gabrial helped us get ehst wr needed quickly, and his staff was very friendly too. The food was great too.

Nia in Hazleton , Is absolutely the best!! She was absolutely wonderful. My first time there, not a clue about Popeyes she helped me with such patience , I went back there today second time , simply because of her!! Food is great , Nia is better!! Nia gets 10 stars!!!
