I just hope someone sees this. I was in the Woodriver boost location. It was this week. I want to make sure I tell you that the associate on duty at the time. Was Tyler. He was very helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable about the available merchandise. After he explained the two best options that fit my budget. I then made an informed decision. I could not have been more satisfied with my visit with Tyler.

Need to give a shout out to Alexis! It wasn’t easy getting into my account after I lost my phone.. but she kept trying. The systems were having a few other tech issues and the store starting filling with people.. but she kept her calm and never even seemed frustrated. She turned a super stressful day around for me. Thanks again girl!

Anytime I have a problem I come to the Wood River boost store Cameron is so helpful I'm going back to boost and take care of my business this is the best knowledgeable salesperson I've ever been across and I've been across several States

Very helpful, I've been with Boost for years now, and I'm looking into the family plan so my boys will have a phone since they will be driving soon. Abbie was very helpful in explaining what the family plan entails and how the boys would get free phones, and i could even upgrade mine. Will definitely be going there to get set up for the family plan!

Very good experience. Had a problem getting apps to download on my phone and the rep helped me out and even offered me soda while I waited.

Boost in wood river is the best so far, love it. Also they have great plans and they are willingly to work with your budget!!!!!! Service is great better than any other carries I've been with the past years.
