I'm a little biased because of being in the choir but St. Mary's/St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Durand is such wonderful and holy place. Not only in depth Bible studies are held on occasion but our daily scripture readings at Mass are excellent with homilies by our pastor the Very Reverend Father Bergschnieder. He is a cannon law expert and explains why we, as Catholics, believe in the church that Jesus established.

Went for funeral and a baptism once. Aesthetically very nice

Went to a funeral there, no alter boys , no incense, no bells when the priest prayed over and raised the Eucharist and wine. For it being a Catholic church, it was more like a Protestant service.

Came here for a food pantry with friends and got eggs and one egg is missing! Do not recommend
