McDonald's

I come here often, good crew all around, I’ve seen the bad customers and how they treat these kids. What if someone treats your kids the way you are treating these employees? Where are the adults putting in applications. Never had a first job to save up? Be real. 10/10 coming back again. thanks for trying your best guys even with the lack of employees 😊

It's your typical above average McDonald's. Bonus points for the staff always being really kind despite having to deal with rushes and Karen's all day. I will note that I'm not a fan of the parking situation, though that doesn't really feel like it's in anyones specific control.

Went into McDonald's in Lee today on a craving for fries and a mocha frap and just had to come leave a review for the crew that's working this afternoon and Lilly in particular. While I was waiting for my order she was calling out to a few of her crew to tell them what good jobs they were doing. Made me smile, A good manager makes a happy and hard working crew 👍 working in retail &food service this time of year is tough. Nice job guy's

This McDonald's makes the best sausage egg and cheese bagels I've had out of all the McDonald's in all of Dover/Rochester/somersworth area. I come here just for those bagel sandwiches and I am never disappointed.

We stop at this McDonald's often because of the route we drive consistently. Every single meal has been great. Perfect fries, burgers, nuggets etc...no mistakes or missing items. This team is on point, kudos to the management here!

I can honestly say that the people that work here are unbelievable very nice very considerate. I have never been to this particular one before but I definitely will drive 20 minutes just to go and get McDonald's in Lee. Thank you. This is the first one I have been to in years that that knows good customer service.

Had to grab a quick treat today and the staff at McDonald's did not disappoint. I picked out the hot fudge sundae which was just perfect. The staff were friendly and pleasant and I would highly recommend them again.

it is Sunday October 24th just before 12:30 p.m. whoever is working is doing a fantastic job! I just wanted to let you guys know that this has got to be the fastest McDonald's without a sacrifice in quality, in the tri-state area! For the longest time I thought I didn't like McDonald's french fries because every time I got them they were rubbery and stale (from other McDonald's locations!) Today I got fries from you guys and they were crispy and fresh and you guys even got our very annoyingly complicated order correct! Extremely fast to boot!

The manager here is wonderful. She really went over the top to make our experience special. It is so nice (and also surprising, given the way a lot of people act these days) to see someone extend warmth and kindness in any simple way they are able to.

Excellent service, the food was hot. A bunch of young men in baseball suits came in right after us and there were served very quickly and orderly.

Used app. Didn't understand why it wasn't working got upset. Staff was calm and respectful. Young man listened and offered solutions. Order was made to satisfaction. Food was hot fresh and properlly spiced.

I’m not one to write reviews often but I love this location. Im a student nearby and I frequent this McDonalds quite a bit. I have never had a bad experience here. My orders are always perfect and the staff is AMAZING. Kindest staff at any McDonalds I’ve ever gone to!

Super fast service, don't know if you want to look at that as good or bad. It means they were prepared but it also means my food was just sitting on the warmer for who knows how long

Have you had the new dqpc? No? Well, get it. Eat it. It's amazing. They will probably make you pull up to the drive thru waiting area (dt purgatory) and then bring it to you when it's ready, but it is worth the wait. They cook them fresh when you order. They are served piping hot and super juicy. The dqpc is truly great now.

Good when you're in a hurry for fast food. Friendly and efficient staff.

The cashier working 1/6 today she is an amazing employee so sweet very kind and great attitude she deserves to be recognized

Great everything service wise but for some reason ordering a Med Iced FV Extra Extra is just beyond confusing to whoever makes it that day...

Edit: Changed my rating to a five-star because ever since management changed my coffee has always been made correctly!

They gave me free food and coffee when I was an EMT sick with COVID19 and surviving without sick pay (I was a part-timer) so I'm a bit partial to them. They would leave my meal and coffee on the curb so I could pick it up without contact. I also used the hotspot to finish school, since I didn't have internet at home. I can't believe I'm saying it, but I wouldn't have graduated if it weren't for McDonald's. Thanks, guys! You were a real life saver for me during 2020

They have some nice friendly young people working here in the morning. They actually do their job, smile at you, and they get the order right. Whoever assembled this group is to be congratulated

Staff always makes us laugh. Also got a cone that should have been in a commercial.
