Awesome service. Super clean. Did an app order and food was fast and hot and fresh. The lady even gave us a free strawberry shake!! Super nice :) thank you!!

This was the best McDonald's I have been to in years. The nuggets were amazing. The 6 nugs wouldn't even fit in the box. It was pretty awesome.

Standard MCD in a gas station. The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant itself had a nice ambiance.

I'm not sure why its rated so low, other than possibly timing. We stop here frequently on our way up/down state. They've always been fast, order correct, hot and usually pretty friendly. Can't ask for more at a fast food establishment right?

I hope the manager sees this because I want him/her to know how wonderful and helpful the staff was to my family and I! The other night I was using the gas station restroom for an emergent issue regarding my 5week old baby! An employee was in there and her and other team members came to my aide with no hesitation and helped me with the situation!! Very impressed with their offers for help including purchasing an item for me I was in need of without asking! I owe this employee! I’m very grateful and thankful for such great staff that night at this location! Bless you all!!! ❤

Good kids working here and very professional at such an early stage in their lives. One of the better stores that I've been to out of all of them. Thompson Rd. McDonald's and the Owen Rd. location are pretty great.

It's MacDonald's so decent food at a reasonable price.

Although you will never catch me eating McDonald's I must say they always come thru with their drinks. I always stop at this McDonald's on my way to the VA hospital in Ann Arbor. I will usually get a Orange Hi-C or if they don't have that I will get a coke. The large is the best price for the amount you get.

lady at the speaker and window was so nice. They brought our food out and it was made right and hot. The lady who brought our food out was very friendly and kind.

Frequent this location, friendly staff. Food is always fresh and all chicken products no matter which one you order are HOT AND FRESH!

The weekday staff from early morning to afternoon is always on their A game.

They need to get a good manager in there . Service has gone downhill with new management and new employees. Special orders are wrong, sandwiches are mixed up, and no one knows how to use the app not even managers. Maybe a training session would help.

The lady at the drive through said nothing. She handed me my drink, my food and didnt say anything. I waited 15 minutes in line. I sat at the food window for over 5 mins. Customer service sucks, and they take to long.

Never go there around 8, 9:00. The lines are backed up out to the road. Especially on Sundays becuz Burger King is closed all day Sundays.

They were very kind and helped me when I needed to know which way to go to get to Fenton. Very kind staff.

Went through drive through at 5:15 am on October 10th . i had a big order and was in the drive through for less then 4minutes. Manager was friendly and smiled made my day. Thanks you guys
