AT&T Store

I want to start out by saying Mike was the best salesman that works at AT&T. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and funny! He took care of our every need, plus more! He treated us like family and we really respected him and appreciated him for doing so! Thank you Mike for everything! He definitely deserves a raise! Lol

The person was very very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and was able to help right away and solved my problem fast. He also was able to see other issues with my account that I was not aware of! Very very happy and satisfied with my visit

Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend working with him. Wanted to transfer an account to another and upgrade, had some difficulties but he got us through it so smoothly! Super attentive and knew exactly what he was doing in every area! Great experience!

It was actually my husband who had gone in to get a new phone for me. He had just been to Best Buy where they told him he couldn’t purchase a new phone unless I changed to a contract and some other weird incorrect information. AT&T helped him understand which phone was best, how to activate it without a sim, and he left with my new phone in hardly any time. Like I said, I wasn’t there but I was on the line with him and he says he’s happy with their service.

Tyler was beyond helpful in resolving an issue that was completely stressing me out. He was really nice, listened to me ramble and I am beyond grateful. Tyler is awesome.

I had jack helping me and my dad upgrade my 11 to the 14 pro and he was extremely helpful and nice. He helped me find a case, screen protector, and the right car phone holder mag safe mount. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, answered all of our questions with ease.

Ricky Clements is so wonderful! My daughter and I went in on Mother’s Day to replace my phone. He took care of everything! He was so kind and helpful! Ricky knows his Apple phones and the ins / outs of AT&T. He answered every single question I had and transferred everything for me!!

I love this AT&T store. I had Tyler wait on me today and he waited on me about a year ago and I remember him. He is very good at explaining things, very patient and overall very helpful. Comparing phones and plans can feel a bit daunting at my age but he broke it down in understandable terms. I appreciate his thoroughness in helping me to think through all of my options to make the best choice for me. I'm so grateful for this exceptional customer service!
