This is a smaller location but the employees are friendly kind and helpful! Usually two reps on at a time so it doesn’t take that long to be seen and they still have the same amount of products As the others stores and it’s close to a lot of other stores so if you’re in the area this is a great location to stop at!

I was in there on 1/28/23 to pick up a new phone I ordered online. The sales rep Chris helped me get everything set up and he was the most professional retail person I've dealt with in a long time. He was friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't buy any extras but if it gives that dude a commission I might just come back and get some to show my appreciation.

They didn't have the phone my husband wanted but the people who were working here were very friendly and answered all his questions without being pushy. My husband walked out a happy person.

Dillon spent hours helping me get apple plus+. He first tried everything he could, and then called Apple and tried for an hour to get help from the Apple "expert," who was no help. Last, he spent time with TMoble to get the problem resolved. Dillon worked tirelessly on my behalf. This is not the first time he has helped with an extremely difficult issue. Kayla and the rest of the team at Brentwood T-Mobile store were beyond excellent. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Never felt pressured, only helped. I left with a new phone, wireless service and home internet at less than half the price I was paying with an unmentionable "V" company.

I can not give anymore stars or I would. I can not recommend their service more highly. If you are unsatisfied with your current provider, head to this location and feel better about who you spend your money with.

EXTREMELY helpful staff. I've gone in there on a few occasions with no intention of purchasing anything and I was helped out way beyond my expectations. The store manager Patrick was a gigantic help. If you need to go to a TMobile store, go to this one even if it's out of the way.

The guys that work here are awesome! Every time I go in with silly questions I walk out with a full understanding of what I just signed up for. They are a nice group of people who will go above and beyond what their job entitles; and do it with a great attitude! T-Mobile as a company should be very thankful they have the employees they do at this store!

Eric was awesome and extremely helpful! He answered all questions patiently, and he's very knowledgeable. The whole experience of switching from our previous provider was fast and painless

I was having some issues with my iPhone XR and was greeted as helped by representative Justin and Technician Adam C. Adam was great, my phone had a no service issue but he was able to issue me a loner device until my warranty replacement arrived. They even helped set up and transfer the information to my new device. Thanks T-Mobile for saving the day after an IOS 14.1 update.

Great place. Friendly, polite and helpful. Worked with us to get new phones, get out of Sprint and lower our bill. Had answers and solutions at every step.

Seriously, I am extremely hard to please...EVER! My experience with Anthony was better than outstanding! The manager Chris was in total control off this store. There is a certain cohesiveness that you can actually feel when you go there to get service. I don't know what they get paid but they need a bleeping raise. Conversely, The manager and sales people at the McNight Road need to take a little trip to this location to see how it's done. I don't tolerate the type of insensibility and discrimination that goes on the the Ross Park Mall location. Take a field trip to Brownsville Road to see how a business should be conducted. T moble should take notice of the Brownsville Road people. These guys know their @&$? !!!So glad I switched from Verizon!

Eric helped me out big time. Switched from iPhone 11 to the One Plus 8 5G and loving it. Even switched from Verizon to TMobile in the same transaction. Awesome help from him.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful. Even though we were in the store for like an hour and a half getting everything transferred from our old phones, we felt very comfortable and could tell they actually cared.
