If you're on the fence of where to go, try this place. Down to earth excellent customer service! They kept me in the know every step of the way, was straight with me and let me know what my options were. These guys are using technology to really stand out in their work. When the work was all done, they emailed me a receipt of the inspection + pictures, and pictures say a 1000 words. I must say I am impressed; they have really taken their work to the next level, and I will be returning.

The courtesy check feature when a vehicle is serviced is a great feature ! Thanks guys, you might have saved us from potentialy dangerous future problems. Anytime my check engine light comes on we automatically take it to Big G knowing they will be able to at lest assess the issue within a day or two (without an appointment) although we try our best to make an appointment, we know life doesn't always allow that to happen. This car has given me several issues throughout the last few years and each time I get the call from Big G they are always prepared to give me a full description from their diagnostics report of what the code read AND what they found out through their research to ensure it's not the "you need a new transmission" as opposed to "we found this minor fix to be a root cause through our investigation and can get you on your way for way less than replacing a transmission would be". I completely trust Big G with our cars and had it not been for them taking the extra time to research and care about MY bottom line I could have been in a much worse situation today. Not to mention, they are extremely considerate via phone or in person and never talk down to me as a female as I have encountered in the past at different locations. Thanks again for ALL you do to keep us moving!

Robert & Brandon were very helpful! They were professional, courteous. I was so relieved they were able to take care of my tire problems! Robert really went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly & safely as possible.

My last appointment was great they took great care of me. Due to my work they even delivered my car to me. That is what a good company is all about. Had my oil changed, inspection and tires rotated and aligned. Great people work there.
