The manager, Samantha, or Michelle, I can’t recall her first name. She refused to give me her last name. She threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a free sliver of tape from my box when I told her that Milwaukee Street did not make me pay for it. She said that she would call them and make sure they didn’t do it. , I wouldn’t recommend her working for you. That’s just crazy to have to be a Karen over some tape. Happy Thanksgiving. Hopefully none of you guys have to deal with her. She is not customer friendly whatsoever. The only time she came out of the office was when I asked for a free piece of tape just to be mean She also stated that that piece of tape would come out of her paycheck. So then they already pre-printed my already paid for label and said they couldn’t give that to me as well because it needed to be taped and sent off from that desk. Therefore I was not able to get a label and I have to contact the post office in order to get a new QR code Never had to deal with this kind of service before .

Mail carrier keeps skipping delivering my parcels even when it fits in my mailbox. This time they told me they tried to deliver, but yet there is no ticket in my mailbox indicating they tried to deliver my parcel. The mail carrier is to damn lazy to deliver my package!

Temp and fill-in mail carriers consistently do not pick up outgoing mail. Combined with their limited "window" hours of operation, this post office makes it impossible to run a small business!
