This is one great spot! The food, service and atmosphere will get you wanting more and eager to come back for more food. The service is very nice. Julia was awesome. And the team will make you smile and enjoy your time. The dining area is normally full so you may have to wait for a table, but it is worth it. Once the food was ordered, the wait time was around 30 minutes due to the amount of orders pouring into the kitchen. The staff checked to make sure everything was good multiple times and kept updating about the food wait time.
Ordered the garbage omelet and it did not disappoint. It was full of veggies and pepperoni. The spinach was really good and the tomatoes, broccoli, cheese, pepperoni, onion and bits of sausage was a delicious combination. This place does only take cash, but there is an ATM inside if you forget. Make this a regular stop. Breakfast and lunch options and take the food to go as well. Can’t wait to come back for more; You will love it here!

Had a nice meal at the Rondette recently. As per the photo we had the smothered chicken sandwich and the fish fry.
Both meals were very good. The young lady serving us was very pleasant, efficient, and attentive.
Enjoyed the small town homey diner atmosphere. Another lady thanked us for coming in as we were on our way out. Will return the next time we are in the area.
They are open May to Nov and only take cash.

Tricia's is one reason we return to Clayton at least once a year. Best breakfast around by far. Everyone that works there is very friendly and they work hard. My husband loves their homemade cinnamon roll cut in half and grilled I love the English muffin loaf. Love this place!

Visiting the area from Pennsylvania. We were driving by on our way to Alexandria Bay and this place caught our eye. We love finding little local eateries. It did not disappoint. Very accommodating (I didn’t want a huge burger so they made one that fit on a slider bun for me 😊). Excellent, friendly service from Bud. Very good home made food!! Looking forward to stopping back here before we head back home. Thanks for a delicious lunch.

FOOD REVIEWER. First of all ive been reviewing all the restaurants in the Clayton and upper route 12 area and chose to swing into this spot. Cullen our server was fantastic this young man answered all 6 phone calls bussed every table up front even the ones that weren’t his took a reservation for a 20 top and still managed to serve us quickly. One thing I would like to point out though is that the cook purposely was pushing cullens tables order slips down the grill and placing the female servers slips ahead of his. Obviously the women are older and more pushy on getting their orders to their tables more quickly but the cook should prepare the meals based on the order in which they come not which server is complaining most watched this happen about 7-8 times. The food itself was great the soup of cauliflower was delicious and I highly recommend this place for a cheap quick meal . The inside is older diner vibes with a unique ceiling. Bathrooms were clean and staff was polite. Overall a 5/5 for a diner.

We came by for a Thursday morning breakfast and sadly the place looked like it might be closed for good. Advise checking if you are going out of your way to eat here.

We got the fry fish dinner and the food did not disappoint! The fish actually tasted like fish and not oil, the fries were delicious, the clam chowder was on point, the Mac and cheese was money and the ladies were a delight to be around. For fish on Fridays or any other day, Tricia’s is the go to spot!

Food was great. Portions plentiful. We had a nice fresh salad before our meal (came with dinner special) and the offered home made dressings which were delicious. All of the staff were courteous and super friendly. Our meal was tasty and we had to bring home leftovers ... if you get the chance to gave their steak tip and mushrooms special, you wont be disappointed. We each had the special and our dinner bill was $32.48! They serve breakfast lunch and dinners ... great place for a good meal.

You can tell they've been a long time. And there's a reason for that. It's a great place to eat! The local regulars are called by name and everyone was very friendly. We visit here every time we're in the Clayton area

I should have taken pictures, but too eager to eat. Delicious food, especially the breads. Huge "garbage omlette" and a turkey cranberry stuffing sandwich. The burgers at the next table looked awesome too. Upbeat and simple. I

Nothing compares to a great Diner. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the pies reminded me of a trip to grandma's house. I left full, happy, and will definitely go back.

Went there for breakfast and lunch but they serve breakfast till dinner, no pancakes or French Toast if its after breakfast. Workers were super friendly and knew people coming in by name. Had a delicious broccoli and cheese omelet both times I went there and hubby had lasagne which he said was really good and had 5 layers, I think! Tried their homemade cinnamon roll, she heated it up for us, and it was the best I ever tasted and huge! It had to be 6 inches across! Split it with my hubby who enjoyed it. Meanwhile workers were really moving! Great place. Little deck to eat outside, too. Huge parking lot, thank you for that with all the pickup trucks, you need room!
If I lived there I would go there a few times a month. We were on vacation.

Love this place. It's a family favorite. Every meal is awesome. For breakfast, after the omlet, try the grilled homemade cinnamon rolls.
