the food in this wendy’s is AMAZING no doubt. I came this morning and they’d mixed up my drink so they immediately got me the drink i ordered and extra fries i hadn’t ordered which was super nice. i’ll never go to wendy’s if it’s not this one!

Quick drive thru experience, decent food for sure! Perfect for a quick dine on the way home.

They're actually a lot better than other Wendy's. How do I know this? - because my child loves their chicken nuggets and been to all the Wendy's around central Massachusetts 😆.
Friendly drive through customer service, usually never misses any order and food is always in perfect temperature.

It's very busy and they are understaffed but I have never had a bad experience here. They always make the effort and care alot about their customers and I respect them for it. It's my go to lunch spot because of the customer service.

Compared to all the Wendy's I've been to this one has the friendliest front register people. And drive thru service is great they are always so friendly. Especially after 6 the employees seem to enjoy the atmosphere which reflects with the quality of service they give the customers

I had the Italian chicken sandwich it was amazing the chicken was a little rubbery prob from defrost to refreezing.

If all the fast food places Wendy's blows it out of the water.

I recommend stopping by there right when lunch starts ! That when they make it the best. The food was amazing and the assistance was fantastic

I've been too a lot of Wendy's this by far is the best at least the late night crew so nice very helpful and it seems like they care about there job! And the customers, please give them your business!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Had just left Urgent Care facility (next door) with my child, who just wanted a cold Frosty to soothe a sore throat.

Worried that it might be too late in the season, I asked the Host (Naisha M) if Frosty's were still available. When Naisha said yes, I explained I really needed one for a sick child and placed my order.

Naisha said she'd get my Frosty right away and she sprang from the counter. She did this with a genuine sense of urgency and compassion.

Thank you Naisha for your caring nature. You are a wonderful person!

Stopped here tonight to grab a quick meal for the kids and manager Phippman went above and beyond to make my experience more than amazing!! Thank you so much for being an amazing human.

Prices are going UP and quality has not but gpd bless Dave for starting one of the largest & biggest. Fast foos chain in America and got BleSs Wendy ,Dave's daughter.

I won't eat at any other fast food place like McDonald's or burger king Wendy's is the only burger place that I will eat at. I know that its a very healthy way of cooking and eating.

Normal Wendy's fare, they support my children's school with fundraising events, so they get the extra plus for helping! Veronica was very helpful!

Service is good, staff are friendly and they have some of the best prices for their value meals.

Food was exceptional at this location. Fries were perfect!

Good cuisine, and I ordered 15 items and received them in a timely manner.
