Denny's

Best service on this side of town yet! The servers are very nice and quick to help. Got sat and food came out 15 minutes after the order was put in. My waitress was speedy with refills. Definitely wasn't sure at first but with the service I received today I will definitely be returning!

Love this Denny's. The food is always fresh and comes out in minutes. Staff is always so friendly and the manager is always kind and makes every situation delightful. It's a clean establishment and very easily accessible off 20.

Loved walking into the place and being seated immediately. Our server Nevaeh G. Immediately said she was in training. Well she was courteous and very attentive to us. I ordered coffee and told her it wasn't good. She took the cup and went and made fresh coffee. Our food was delicious. The cooks presentation of an over medium egg was the best I have had. My husbands food was cooked with love. When checking out, I expressed how pleased the service was and she informed us, our server was 16 and her first job. I increased her tip, i wanted her to feel encouraged and appreciated. Keep up the great work to this entire Denny's team . Training the future begins with us all. We forgot to take pictures😂

DONALD gave us Great customer service. He's always helped us and I highly recommend asking for him. Wasn't packed at all. The food was good and the kids enjoyed it.

Great place love the value menu it offers about the same amount of food for people who can only eat so much for half the price. The food is always fresh and hot and comes out within a decent amount of time. Try this dennys it's well worth the stop

I would like to express my service was Amazing Sheldon was Amazing he provided quality service even though they were short. My hat goes off to him and the wonderful staff that was there this morning.

We started our day off with my Husband Birthday Breakfast. It was fast and the food was Amazing have a wonderful and great day!

Monte was extra friendly great service and fun! And kept the sweet tea coming! He was a one man show! He made extra sure that we had everything we wanted went above and beyond. He was in kitchen, sitting people, taking orders and cashier. The others didn't help him much but wow he was spot on! Thank you sir! Have a blessed day!

My waitress, Alameta (I believe I spelled it correctly) was absolutely PHENOMENAL!. She went above and beyond. I wasn't feeling the greatest and she came over to make sure I was ok. I explained I had a migraine thanks to a kink in my neck. Next thing I know she's placing a hot cloth in my hands to put on it while I'm sitting there. It definitely helped. Thank you so much for being a caring, kind human being. You are an amazing human

Taniyah was my amazing waitress. She was very attentive and thorough. Handled my special request with my order with ease. She is a breath of fresh air great I chat with. And Donald was good too.

Ate here today. Short staffing but the 2 waitresses were excellent. They were literally running at times. Food was hot and well made. These ladies need a raise. Well done

I just wanted to come on here and say that this restaurant is amazing and i entered the store feeling welcome and the overall experience was astounding the service was great the management was excellent and my server was fast and understanding i was in a rush this morning and they were so kind and understanding of my situation and took my order quickly and got my food prepared perfectly and efficiently this store is very good and i highly recommend it to people

I really wanted to come on here and say that the staff is amazing the food excellent the atmosphere even better the management had everyone greeted and seated professionally and the service was fast kind and great the food was nice and hot the drinks were cold and refreshing our waiter was very kind and understanding I want to recommend everyone to this Dennys it is amazing her the manger Randy Torres is a very good manger and handles this store very well

"The new normal." So had a layover in Dallas so the wife and I decided to get a quick New Years bite while waiting for the next trip out. After waiting about 20min to get seated, we noticed a hurried staff. Once seated we got our menus and drink orders. There was a sign at the entrance to be kind as they were short staffed. Clearly they were. We ordered our meal, sipping coffee and watching 5 people working feverishly to serve customers quickly as possible. 2 young men in the kitchen cooking, 1 of which looked brand new. 3 ladies completely hustling and singing along to the music and a young man who appeared to be a converted busser who was taking orders and running food.
They were all working hard and together. They were smiling and they were trying to have the best attitude possible! Oh and no one had time to mess with their phone (or even tried to make time)
Our food came out, and while the order wasn't exactly correct the food was good for Denny's so I really can't complain.
5 stars and incorrect order? Sure. It was New Years, they were short staffed but they all worked their tails off with a smile. IMO, they had more reasons to give shoddy service and bad attitude.

Immediately purchased something in the travel store and while the cashier was ringing me out, puts her cell phone In selfie mode and starts fixing her eyelash! RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF. ME!
Denny's did the most - Flying J doing the least.

We had an amazing meal here in Dallas, Tx.
Our server was Sheryldan F and he was absolutely amazing. Our glasses never went empty and the food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I would give him a 5 star across the board for everything. Thank you for allowing me to have a great meal with friendly people for my first time in Texas!

I must say I haven’t been to Denny’s in quite sometime.. I must say going to this location made me remember why I love Dennys so much!!! I was greates by two ladies who almost at the same time it shows that everyone is paying attention when a customer Walks through the door… there was no time wasted asking me how my day was going and if there was anything they could get me… my food was prepaired just as I requested… and came out fast!!! Overall the waiter was very attentive, polite, and courteous.

Wow, I loved the caring of this Denny's. I am visiting from work but am amazed at how the service is from entry to exit. Special thanks to a gentleman named Montranous, went above and beyond for me here today. The whole crew interacted well with the incoming customers too

Taniyah was my server and did a wonderful job. She was very prompt and every time Taniyah passed she made sure to ask if there was anything she can help with or get me. Food was hot and very well made , I hade the breakfast burger and it was fantastic.
