Sonic Drive-In

At the pottsboro sonic today my order was completely wrong. We only had 4 onion rings in a large order. I ordered 2 double meat cheese burger. And got single patty no cheese with nothing else but 1 slice of pickle on it. Since my wife got home with the food I have tried calling to pottsboro sonic several times with no answer. My wife was treated very rudely by the server. This place is horrible and should be shut down. In the 2 years I have lived here I have given them a chance on several occasions but to only be let down by everyone from the manager to the car hops.

In 2011 I would drive to Kingston Oklahoma highway 70 to the Sonic that was located there cuz the one in Sonic in whitesboro was so bad with their food quality!!!!!

I moved back to this area In 2022, and it was so much more difference between daylight and dark I won't go anywhere else. All the servers there are very respectful kind and will do anything to help you
Whataburger is gotten so terrible in whitesboro I won't even go across the street to look at it cuz the Sonic is so much better.

Take my word for it folks the Sonic in whitesboro is better than anybody in town as far as burgers and service.

And by the way I signed up for the Sonic app and accidentally deleted it off my phone, they had given me a $250 food coupon, when I went to install a new app it wouldn't show my $250 food coupon

If there's any way the manager at the song that can help me out on this I would really appreciate it cuz I live in breese Sonic I'm going to grab one on the way to Sherman today at 2:45. Now One in and out Burger finally get started in Sherman I'll be tempted to go by there instead of Sonic LOL.

We had the best service at Sonic on 120 in Pottsboro tonight. Nevaeh got the missing item promptly and apologized. So impressed with her attitude and just excellent customer service. Those kids are nice and work hard. 😊

I stop in this location often on my way to Sherman or on my way back to Dallas. The ladies working the cars are always extremely nice The service is extremely quick and have never had any issues at all.

Excellent Store Manager and very kind and polite staff. My order is always out in a very reasonable time and most importantly, the order is always correct and fresh. And you can tell they change their the frying oil frequently because the tots don't taste like old grease! Great job Pottsboro Sonic!!

Love the Sonic app! Easy to use and has actually been a lifesaver a couple of times when we were travelling. We had foot longs this visit and everything was fresh. I had forgotten our bottles of water and our car hop graciously brought medium size waters to us. Thank you for outstanding service.

Excellent service. One of a kind. If you are looking for a very happy belly. Come to this sonic. All the employees are amazing! The food is excellent. So much so that even Gordon Ramsey has funded it! That one Carhop, whose name started with a B. I think it was Brad... not sure though... he was amazing. 5 star service. Also, make sure to tip these guys! They work their butts off! They deserve it! I always come here every morning and get nothing but great service. Also, Half Price Shakes at 8:00. May I say none less? 1000 Stars.

The Pottsboro, Texas Sonic location was awesome. I visit often, because my parents live close by. I mostly get drinks bit the burgers I have fotten have been very good. Staff is always courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and enjoy visiting.

Used to work there so I don't eat the food but take my children there . Love the service and the atmosphere of positivity . Enjoyable and politeness clean on outside no trash ..

I've been going to Sonic's for many years. I have some of the plastic elephants, Giraffe...etc. Really liked it better with the trays on the Car Windows! Went every night in the years of 1975-80's.

Full drive in , most hamburgers are good and get them like you want, tater tots fries, drinks half price 2-4 most carhops are friendly. Open till 10 or later fot summer hours

New smores shake is yummy but lately I prefer the fanta orange with real cream. Tastes like a creamsicle 😋 service was great

Got the brown bag special, the burgers were really good, and I'm always in love with the cheese sticks.

Just passing through. Service was fantastic and fast. Pretty impressed really. Hubby and I sat outside (was lovely day) and blew $30. Zero regrets lol
