Both times I’ve gone here, I’ve been helped by Ken. He is so thorough, knows every little detail. I’m fairly new to dispensaries, and he was patient, he never patronized me for not knowing what I’m sure is common knowledge. I told him what I was looking for, he made personalized recommendations, and was honest about what products were better than others. So knowledgeable, so kind, so patient. We had to make this place a part of our routine. The service is great, the employee is always extremely helpful. There is such a wide variety of products, you end up wanting to try everything. Parking is convenient and the place is classy and nice. Best dispo in Michigan for sure!

My first visit to the Green Stem, Ken helped verify me being a retired service member, he was very helpful and professional. I came back because of Ken and he helped me the second time. Both interactions with him have been very pleasant and what makes customers come back. It’s about the people and the professionalism on how they conduct themselves. Ken is the standard!

Go there if not every week but every other week. Everyone who I have met staff wise has been incredibly sweet and helpful. With all the questions I come in asking they always have the right answers and gives the best advice. Very professional never had an issue with not one staff member there. They also seem very knowledgeable in products! Great place to go, clean inside and amount, gives nothing but a great vibe and energy as soon as you walk in!
