Well every time Tic Tok has a new drink featured at Starbucks…I’m game to give it a try. Loved the Pink drink with chocolate cold foam. Definitely tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry.

I did try another drink that had expresso with mocha and vanilla cold foam.OMG!! So good. The other go to would be their breakfast Gouda sandwich. IDK but it seems like the size of it is getting smaller. But I could be wrong about that. The redesign really made the place look cool. When ever I would go in they always greet you and the service is fast. My only advice is if you get breakfast in the drive through make sure to ask for napkins. A few times they forgot to put them in the bag.

It was half priced Thursday afternoon. I ordered a HOT match latte but they made it ICE. After I pointed it out, they made me a second drink in one minute. Have been here a few times and will definitely come back.

When I first arrived we were politely greeted and since I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while and didn't know what to get. They had this cool basket of the workers favorite drinks and for you to try. The lady, Airi, who was already taking our order was very nice and when I picked a drink recipe, she ended saying it was hers. She was so sweet and the way she got excited over me picking her drink was encouraging and the drink ended being so good. I work in fast food as well, and it's been a while since I've seen positive energy like this :)

This starbucks has always given me exceptional customer service, in the mornings and afternoon! They are a bit short on staff, but the baristas handle their workload very well!

Absolutely LOVE every single morning employee!! So sweet so kind I come here almost every day before work and they always have the best attitude and some of em even keep me company while I wait for my drink on drive thru🥰 love these barestas

I came here this morning and They were visibly busy and understaffed. I used to a GM so i get it- things happen. But I want to highlight the staff, despite being busy and seeing all the customers visibly upset they had longer than usual wait times, the staff still remained friendly, customer service was wonderful, and they let any new people walking in the door know they were a little behind and what the wait times were. they were doing the best they could, and i appreciate each and every one of you. thank you for pushing through what looked like a tough morning for you all. It was Birthday and I was afraid to ask for my free drink. The cashier was so nice and made it much easier than I thought with her willingness to help me. She went over and beyond to help me. Thank you Starbucks for making my day ending in a perfect pleasure with my perfect drink. 🥰

My husband and I just went through the drive-through of this location and we’re super impressed with the staff. They had signs showing where the drive-through entrance was which was super helpful in guiding us to the proper entrance and helped avoid any frustration amongst the other drivers. They also had someone out in the drive-through taking our order and making it a very speedy way to get our drinks for the morning. Everyone was smiling and was very friendly. I have been to many locations across the map and I can say this one is my favorite! Keep it up You guys! 🙌🏽 we will be stopping at this location every time we are in town! super impressed!

I think a good location to have it. Friendly employees even when it gets busy; they know what they are doing. It was a little bit hard to find the first time. I'm definitely going back. Other businesses right next to, so parking can fill up quickly, but it's not that big of a hassle.

Josh was so patient and kind and soft spoken. He was amazing!!! When you come and get your cup of coffee look for him. He will make your morning much better. And Rósale was just as kind to him to explain that they didn’t have certain items. You know when you go to a place nowadays and they are short on something we tend to get a little bother but, I didn’t even get a chance to with so much kindness coming from Josh. It’s been about a year that I haven’t been to this location due to some issues but it’s nice to see they improve in their customer services. Keep doing a great job, Starbucks!! I will be back for sure 🤗

The girl who took my order was very nice and even asked how my day was going. The guy who called my order was also clear and loud when my drink was ready so I knew to pick it up. To most starbucks I will usually give five stars because the service is phenomenal, but I have been places before where it's really busy and sometimes they forget the customer is the most important aspect of a business. This Starbucks is a great representation of their brand. Good job 👍

We went to this Starbucks today and really loved our experience! Emily was extremely friendly and it was refreshing to talk to . Our drink were yummy as usually but the kindness and warm energy from this Starbucks really made our experience even better! Thank you Emily and crew for a great experience!

It was relaxing and kind , the food was good as always , I recommend coming , it's around a nice area

UPDATED 4/23/2022: I left this review for the location right of the 15 on 4th street. I avoided this location like the plague after this review because of the experience with my drink - and their customer service for that matter - but, I gave them another chance after realizing I wanted to enjoy my latte at my desk instead of during my commute which was about 20 minutes. That visit changed everything and they became my new preferred location during the workweek. The customer service also improved GREATLY. Because of this, and my experience each time for the next year or so, I change my rating to 5 stars.

2019 or 2020: If you are a lover of Caramel Macchiato DO NOT visit this location. For some reason they just can't get it right. If you want one made right visit the California location 👍

The staff at this location is amazing! I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location and they were quick to call the other location cancel the order and make my order for me here so that I would not have to backtrack and be late to work. They're super friendly and professional and everyone greeted me with a smile.

It was amazing. And the drive through was super fast. Drink was bomb. Almost done with it.
