Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff all the way from sales to service! Every time I call about something for my old Ford 5000 tractor, they are right on point with the information or parts that I need. It always impresses me because my tractor is over 50 years old and yet they can still get me what I need. They have earned my business and I would highly recommend that you give them a chance to earn yours!

Capital Tractor has worked on my 1952 Ford 8N (Hattie) many times over the years and I truly appreciate their expertise. Hattie comes back working well and clean. I gave her a fresh coat of paint when I got her back this week.

Wow !, Capitol Tractor had the lower radiator hose for my 1968 Ford 5000 gas Tractor In Stock and ready for me to pick up when I got to the location. Friendly, helpful staff are a big plus !
They are a bit longer of a drive for me, but I think Whites farm supply in Scaticoke NY has lost a customer

Don't go anywhere else! I've been in the market for a Mahindra tractor for awhile, but was unsure of which model would be the best fit for me. Rich Horton answered all of my questions, gave me advice, and never made me feel pressured. Free upgrades, free delivery within days, and even free hats! Lol. The delivery driver was in constant contact in order to be certain I could be there to receive my tractor as well as go over it like it was his own. I've had bigger headaches buying cheap cars!

Want to take a moment to say thanks to Stephanie and her staff for taking great care of us. Great to have a company stand behind their products and the customer needs. Great Service Dept. Great Parts Dept. Keep up the good work. Our equipment depends on it.

Made a delivery today and the receiving department was friendly and very quick about getting me unloaded and welcome me to stay overnight if i needed to.

Job start to finish, they made the repair and charged a fair price. Very helpful with my old timer backhoe. Techs went above and beyond.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to assist with all questions or concerns I had. I was most impressed with the fact a representative was sent to my home to give a full instructional about the tractor as this is the first piece of equipment like this I have ever owned. The service rep even went above and beyond to make a couple of adjustments to the tractor's fuel filter location as he felt it may be a problem down the road. I am extremely impressed with all aspects of this location and have already referred 3 people due to their interest in the tractor purchase I have made.

I have a compact tractor that was leaking every fluid from everywhere. They picked it up got it fixed and dropped it back off good as new. None of us realized there was a hairline crack in the transmission case and i noticed it was weeping fluid after it was fixed. Brian scheduled to have it picked up, they replaced the case and had the tractor back in within 3 days and did it all on their dime because he said they should have noticed that. You don' t get that kind of customer service very often these days.

We are a very small hobby farm. We recently needed to call on the service department to repair a tire for our 1951 8N Ford tractor. We were treated like we were their only customer and they were so glad to help. Never saw my husband coming away from a repair bill smiling ear to ear. It's sure a lot easier to pay for repairs when you are treated so well and not only that, they were on the job immediately. Wow! Great job Capitial Tractor, Inc!

They have an excellent service department that worked on my Mahindra tractor. Any time I've needed parts, their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I purchased a tractor about a year ago from Capital tractor. The salesman Drew was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the tractor and all the attachments. I was concerned about service on the tractor because of where I live and the fact that I wasn't familiar with fixing tractors if it broke down. Drew assured me that the service department was top notch. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the tractor (all covered under warranty). When I called, they actually dispatched a Technician that day. They came out and fixed the problem so that I had no down time. I have called them 3-4 times now and have had the same results each and every time. The service department is a pleasure to call into and deal with and the Technicians have been awesome. If your looking for a tractor check this guys out first.

Always helpful. I bought a used New Holland Boomer 20 and even though it was purchased from a different dealership they provided me with the warranty information. They went out of their way to help me .make my purchase decision.

These guys in the parts department are Amazing! They go out of there way to help a customer out wether they have a part in stock or not.. Thank You..

My backhoe is having hydraulic problems. I'm not in the excavating business but Capital Tractor treats me as if I did a million dollars worth of business with them every year. When you call the phone is answered promptly. You are directed to the department you want and then they take care of whatever your need is. I will continue to make the hour and a half drive to do business with these folks when my tractor gives me problems.

Nick, John and the crew in the Service Dept turned this repair around in no time flat. I had the 1220 back to work one day after I broke it. New part $3000. Fix ~$200. ...and better than new (structurally). Thank you!!!

Honest up front not pushy for your business and tell you the truth if I needed a part on the spot definitely buy it from here bought my chains for my John Deere tractor here for my rear tires for an excellent price

Great dealership. Sales staff are very helpful as are the service staff. Made me a busted hydraulic hose on a Saturday in 5min!
