Starbucks

It's a fast food style coffee shop. Clean, well lighted and devoid of any originality. Comfortable and non-threatening with excellent coffee and Chai beverages and good if mass produced looking pastries. This location has great service also which is not standard for Starbucks so you should be glad you're here instead of pretty much all of the Chicago locations I've been to

Location is the key. There is nothing different about this place from other Starbucks, but the ease of access from the two main Streets make it unique. Lots of parking space.

Believe it or not i pulled over my car to appreciate them with my review.

I have never had a problem with my order. The drive-thru line appears to have lots of cars most of the time but the wait is not really long. Mobile ordering makes pick up even faster. My order is always ready when I arrive.

delicious yummy coffee. i had a lovely worker help me out the other day, he was so kind and sweet, his name was yaseen i’m pretty sure. he prepared my order so quickly! give him a raise!!!

My order was wrong so I went in the next day, and they were very kind in replacing a new drink and added a pastry for free, as well. A+++ customer service!

I stopped here while waiting for traffic to die down, staff was very pleasant. Zoey, Abby, Ben, Sophia, and Nicky were all fantastic making sure that I was well taken care of. I'm sad that this location isn't near me because they were great.

This is a smaller Starbucks, but that isn't a negative. It's a cozier atmosphere and the baristas are always friendly. It's very near my house so I'm there enough that I feel like Norm walking into Cheers. Even when busy, the store is generally neat, organized and clean which makes for pleasant surroundings if you want to hang out for a bit. There are enough power plugs along the wall tables so you probably won't have to negotiate for those either unless you have a huge number electronics. I have a small surge protector with a couple of plugs and USB ports if I'm planning on camping out. In my opinion it's one of the better stores, mainly because the music playing is low enough so you can hold a quiet conversation, and feels less industrial.

It's Starbucks. We ordered our drinks and got them and they were good. It wasn't too crowded and we found a table easily. We mostly went for an EX Raid in Pokemon Go. Enough people showed to take it down easily. I made some good progress on my various in game research tasks.

Always super friendly staff.... I try to come once a week as a treat for me and my family. Today I went through the drive thru to find out the lady in front of me ( Missouri Plates) had paid for me and my 3 kids drinks...It was a pleasant surprise for us and my children were able to see that their are good people in the world who are strangers showing care for others.

Very good service....when they are open. At different times so far this year they have randomly been closed for multiple days, including today. The google hours are not live. Not sure if staffing or covid-related issues, but there is just a sign on the door/drive-thru saying closed. If you must have your coffee may be safer to try a different location for a while.

Maddy at the drive thru is the actual best! So so so nice! Also, everyone at this location was so kind, helpful and legit just know how to brighten your day. Will keep coming back, and recommend the same to anyone who needs a drink and a boost to their day. :)

I don't know what the last guy's problem was. This was my first time at this location and the staff greeted me immediately and was very friendly. The barista asked me a few questions about how I wanted my iced tea, and as a result it was near perfect. The cookie I bought was great, too.

The table arrangement is a little crowded, but this location is a bit bigger than the one on University and I was able to get an outlet with no problem. I'll revisit this location again.

The staff here are always so polite and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience, whether the drive thru or going inside.

This Starbucks always has great customer service and is prompt and welcoming. It's also conveniently located. Highly recommend!

Quick service even with a long drive-thru line. The coffee's were great. In my opinion I wouldn't let the line deter you...you'll get your fix quick here.

I stopped by to both cash in some "stars" and to make an additional purchase to show support for the Starbucks brand. I can only hope folks realize there are usually two sides to every story. We will continue to patronize Starbucks on a regular basis.

This is one of the Fastest & Freshest Starbucks I ever visited! Food was hot, coffee was hot! Everything tasted amazing! & the girl at the drive thru window was FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific Starbucks!

Always delicious but if you go here on a weekend morning prepare for a longggg line...

Warning extremely professional employees here..jusy may hook you in, or cause you to spend an entire lunch hour chillin with them. One visit I earlier probaly ordered a reg.coffer when really I like dark roast ; on the phone LaLa was sweet as a Honeybee. Their barista knew I was coming when I returned at the drive thru. They replaced a grande with a Venti.I decided to park , the place was extra clean the music way too cool. Mmm, why isnt my Starbucks like this?! I stuck around for some time & got some work done
; it was way too quaint to just turn around and leave
