Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I stopped in to get an ice cream for a birthday. Clean store, lots of cake choices. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Cake tasted great!

The food and service was good. They were so busy on Saturday because of the garage sale, but everything was fast and hot. I was there both days. One day I went inside and the next I went through the drive thru. The first day the girl was waiting on me was nice friendly and fast even though I knew she was tired. The next day I went through the drive thru and it was so fast and the food was perfect. The people are all great and both days the manager that was there Rochelle or Rachel I don’t remember exactly was really great!

I have had many good meals here, but I got food poisoning from my chicken sandwich last week. Definitely not a great meal.

There was a mistake here I must rectify. We ate at the Middlefield location, not Garrettsville. My apologies!!! I have always had great service and great meals at the Garrettsville location.

Outstanding staff, especially Skylar... great food...gravy comes with the fries! Great atmosphere... someone took a lot of time decorating and more impressively it wasn't dusty! The fireplace really tops it off.

This location in Garrettsville is a special treat. The interior with its collections is a must see! Also this is a DQ location that gives the best prices. We could get a sandwich, fries, drink and a sundae all for only $5 dollars!!! They have a freezer case in the lobby for conveniently picking out your DQ icecream cakes, very handy if you forgot a birthday. We like sitting in the comfortable booths to enjoy our treats and there's even a TV so you can watch the news or the game.

I stopped for a last minute ice cream cake for a birthday party. There was a nice selection in the coolers and the staff was able to add writing in a matter of minutes.

I'm always impressed with their hot foods, and surprised at the people that think they only sell ice cream. Nice friendly service here too...

Very nice to go through the drive thru and not need to tell them something's missing like all the McDonald's since the pandemic

They were extremely busy due the huge community sales going on they kept up and did very good plus they had good looking girls there to help pass the time waiting for the food LOL

This dairy Queen is a very friendly,family oriented place to go.The employee who served us kinda went out of her way to accommodate my girlfriends order and for that I thank them 👍

The Crispy Chicken Basket is sooo good, by far my favorite of DQ
