Best krystal I've had in years. Chiks are enormous! Usually get two because of size everywhere else but only need one here. Passenger scored a chik. Seriously don't expect much from Krystal anymore and rarely stop in elsewhere. This little location restored my appreciation of the brand. I'll return here as I'm often in the area!

They could not prepare the chicken sliders as we have gotten them before. They didn't advise us of this until we had paid. Dogs loved the sandwiches 🥪

I've always had great service.
Both the Krystal's and the Krystal Chick are good.
The tater tots were hot & crispy too.

Visited the drive thru and got eight Krystals and fries. We were not disappointed, the burgers were piping hot, fresh off the grill and the fries were cooked to perfection. The best Krystal food we’ve had in awhile. Cudos to the customer service as well.

Conveniently located and easy to access.
Krystal hamburgers with cheese and corn pups were cooked fresh and served within minutes hot and to perfection. Staff was very pleasant.
Krystals is one of my favorite places to eat and this one never fails to be consistently good.

Your welcome wish I had some rite now as kong as it's fresh and the bread is fresh and not hard and the fries are fresh if it's not fresh it's nasty last time I was their it wasn't fresh and the cashier was very rude and gritty with the salt gave 2 packs for a sackful and the meal wasn't fresh at all as long as it's fresh it's delicious but that's the way..... I ALSO HEARD YALL WAS GONNA STOP ACCEPTING CASH AND I THINK THAT IS WRONG BECAUSE THEIR IS PPL OUT HERE IN THE WORLD THAT DOESN'T HAVE A CARD... JUST SAY SOMEONE CAME UP AND HE OR SHE WAS HOMELESS AND ONLY HAD ENUFF FOR 2 CHEAP MEAL AND ONLY HAD CASH WHAT WOULD U DO TELL THAT POOR STARVING HOMELESS PERSON U CAN'T SERVE THEM?? THAT WOULD BE VERY WRONG AND NOT RITE AT ALL SO ARE YALL STILL GONNA START ONLY START ACCEPTING A CARD OR WHAT'S THE VERDICT ON THAT??

Outstanding. I had 43 crystal chicks there a while ago. Gorgeous ladies working there. May be the prettiest ladies in Marshall county honestly. Outstanding

Thank God Marshall county has a Krystal I love it this one is drive through only but very good. If you're a senior they'll give you a discount but you have to ask for it.

Everyone there tonight was amazing. The food was great. They have semi truck parking next to them. The chili cheese tots are amazing too. Keep up the good work.

I stopped by tonight and at like 9:44pm not realizing they close in only 20 mins; However Savannah was very calm and so sweet. Usually you get workers that are ready to go home and leave out stuff and push you to leave, But Savannah was not like that at all! She even messed up with the order on accident and fixed it right away and had a very uplifting comment about herself. She said I dont like to make mistakes! Savannah no one is perfect but if I had an idea of a harder worker it would be you! Thank you so much for helping me tonight at Krystals here in boaz alabama!!!

Food was fresh as requested and came out in very timely manner. Everything was correct and I was very pleased with everything which rarely happens at a Krystal but they nailed it👊🖐
