Staff here are really helpful and easy to talk to. The staff always take their time to understand what you want and need.

I picked up the last item of a product and noticed it was defective. Sales person acknowledged it was defective, said they didn’t have anymore (without checking anything) and then proceeded to put it right back for another customer to deal with…

Unprofessional management, shotty employees. Ousted their only hard worker, by disrespecting and disregarding their needs, name-calling, work place bullying, and Unprofessionalism.

Spend your money elsewhere.

I was excited when I saw that there was a sally beauty at the mall. But that excitement quickly faded after my first and following experiences there.  First time I went during the week and there were no employees there. I could hear them talking in the back and I was literally there for 10 minutes looking around. No one ever came out. I had to yell EXCUSE ME so someone can come out and i could pay.  Next time I went, I went during the weekend assuming that there would be employees everywhere. But surprise! it was empty again. I looked around for a few minutes and again I could hear them talking in the back so I had to yell EXCUSE ME, no one came so I walked towards the back door and the lady saw me and got up. However, she had to finish her conversation while I waited for a few minutes at the register.   She didn't even say hi, she just rang me up and barely said 2 words. Will not be going back and honestly I don't think this location will last with such terrible customer experiences.
