I always enjoy stopping in Best Buy. The Employees there are awesome. You don't have to go looking for help. There's always someone nearby or they don't hesitate coming to you asking if they can help with anything. My answer is always yes please. There always very pleasant to talk with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Just a great store. Always has been. I bought my laptop there yrs ago. Still up and running.

The last remaining high tech big box store! Still can find virtually anything you need for your home electronics needs. They're always ready to help and there's no sales pressures because they don't work on commission.

Excellent location. Very visible from the highway. Has a ton of parking space and has very good staff. The only downside is that sometimes it's hard to find someone to answer your questions especially at peak hours. The Greek squad is knowledgeable. Restrooms sometimes need a bit of cleaning as well.

Beautiful centerpiece created by Ray to exact specifications. A lovely blend of live and dried plants combined with the scent of eucalyptus. Perfect!

Great convenient location to downtown Boston. We needed an iPad keyboard case and this was the location which had it. A quick 18 minute drive from Copley Square. Very friendly staff and helpful in finding what we needed and helping us get in and out quick. There are also a ton of other nice stores close by, Nordstrom Rack, Staples and others.

The employee Charles at this location provides the best customer service. I will continue to give this location my business solely because of him.

I cannot review their store but the geek squad in their automotive installation department were fabulous. Friendly knowledgeable, and caring. Explained what they were going to do and why.

Great, came in to swop out an item with a manufacturer defect of some sort and was in and out in less than 15mins. Very courteous staff

Best place for appliances at a market price. Onething tho, there is little and no customer service. This means staff literally will see you standing in bilderment and just walk past and not even acknowledge you. Or i i gess selected customers they approach and ask to assist.🤷🏿‍♂

I prefer this location over others because it's generally a lot quieter. It is the last store in the plaza. Picked up a new pair of noise cancelling headphones. Love them. Highly recommend. But back to the location....good customer service here. Always neat and organised.

What can I say. It’s Best Buy. Who doesn’t enjoy walking around a store filled with electronics…

I was returning a tv for replacement through Samsung manufacturer warranty. It became complicated due to miscommunication with Samsung and my lack of receipt and credit card due to it being compromised since the purchase. There were several employees trying to help but it was Rashawn who went above and beyond to help me. He went into the computer and searched all purchases from that day. Low and behold he found it!! By now it was pouring rain outside and the old tv was in my car. He got an umbrella and ran me to my car with it. I drove my car up to the store. He then took the old tv out and put my new tv in my car. He then came to my window and handed me my paper work and I was finally on my way. . I hope that Best Buy realizes what a great employee they have in Rashawn. He truly made my day!

Staff has a tremendous ability to problem solve and to make you feel supported. Especially for me since i lack the nescessary knowledge to speak "technology." The staff also has a sense of humor that puts your mind at ease. Thank you Best Buy Braintree. I can't wait to come back.

Purchased this laptop online. It was supposed to be available on the 21st, but I received the email notification that it was available the day before. I went to BB around 6:30 and the store was not crowded at all. It took about 5-10 minutes to check out.

Ordered and picked up a PS5 within one hour after 3 years waiting for this highly sought after gaming console. Check out was efficient! Nice touch having a greeter tell me my kiddos were lucky!!!
