I ordered steak fajitas and a coke, total 21$. It comes with yellow rice, beans and some salad. Food came quick and it is delicious. It was a little windy outside, I ate in the bus. There are tables outside.

Best Mexican food, in my opinion. This family knows how to do it right. Prices are great and the portion sizes are easily 2-3 meals for me. I haven’t been disappointed with anything off the menu.

This Mexican restaurant was a delightful find. It’s an old bus! The salsa was flavorful, and the carne asada was exceptional. The torta was generously sized, and the prices were very reasonable. For being located this far up north, the Mexican cuisine was impressively authentic. Additionally, the outdoor seating is a great feature, and it's pet-friendly. They also accept contactless payments, which is very convenient.

Order a Burrito and a Chimichanga. The owner was really nice to customize our order to substitute meat with veggies. I was surprised to know that they make refried beans without Lard. Overall the food was super delicious, good portions, and reasonably priced

Traveling this area for the first time. This was a wonderful location w/ great service & good. Notably, the chips were amazing.
We had a veggie pasta (curiously we had to try) & it was surprisingly yummy.
Our second item was a fajita burrito. As a fajita lover I highly recommend this meal.
Our only issue was the lack of drink service & the customization to keep sour cream/quac off one meal.

Great tasting food with filling portions , all at a good price! The shredded beef tacos were delicious. The taco truck is in a great location with shaded outside seating and extra seating inside the bus.

Excellent quick service Mexican food in a cool bus. Got a great steak and cheese quesadilla that came with beans and rice for a fair price. Big portions, chatted with a long-time Yellowstone employee that was clearly a regular here and knows what’s up.

Such a cute idea and the food is so good we came back 2 times! Steak fajitas are amazing! Seasoning is perfect and the Steak is so tasty. The Steak and Caritas tacos...perfection as well. Highly recommend

Best food we have had in West Yellowstone. As a vegan visiting Yellowstone this was the first meal I’ve had that really filled me up and was healthy. I ordered the enchiladas verdes with veggies, no dairy. Owner is super nice and spoke with us as well. My friends ordered shrimp tacos and a chicken burrito and they were very happy. Will definitely be back again!

Awesome food truck! Perfect for vegetarians. With options so limited this place was just what our family needed. Their ranchero and verde sauces were very yummy. They were able to make many vegetarian dishes the way you want it. Food was delicious. 😋

I stayed in West Yellowstone for a season and visited here periodically. The food is great and the employees are super helpful. Customer service is the best around

Ordered a late dinner here for 9 people. No one blinked an eye. Food was authentic, delicious, and fast, especially for the amount we ordered. Well worth the stop.

Best Mexican food we've ever had. Authentic, not like the ones that try to be in New York City. Never thought we'll come across this in a somewhat touristy town of West Yellowstone. Went there 2 days back to back during our stay in West Yellowstone. My favorite was the shrimp tostada ceviche. Out of the world !!! Camarones Rancheros was great too and so we're the tacos and chimichangas. The restaurant is actually a bus with seating inside and on the outside. Don't let the crowd here put you off. We didn't have to wait for more than 10-15 mins for food to arrive. Wished we had more days in Yellowstone...will miss this place !

Both tacos were good. Liked the shrimp ones a bit more than chicken.
Their hot sauce has a good kick to it. Fairly priced! Good food.

Absolutely delicious Carne Asada tacos! Great prices, plenty of food, even the rice and beans were super delicious! Probably the best eatery out of a bus in existence!

The host were super kind to take my order almost at the end of the day. Since the truck was slow at that point, the chef was ok to customize my order. The taste was the best so far I had in Yellowstone.

The food is incredible. Very authentic Mexican and the staff is very friendly and hard working. The atmosphere is very nice for a quick bite and take out is very easy and fast. Prices are very affordable and the dishes are very generous. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Mexican platter.

Great service, the food is tasty especially the asada tacos. We love to eat inside of the bus.

Had a wonderful experience on a cold snowy evening. The owner is very kind. The food was very tasty and the service was quick. Definitely a good dine in or take out recommendation.
