The customer service was awesome. Sylvia was the best, no doubt! We were eating and without even knowing we had the wrong amount of fries Sylvia came over with a fresh batch. she also got us a new batch of nuggets because she thought the ones we had were sub par.

By far the best Wendy's I've been to. We dined inside.Great service, the food was hot and presented very well and the dining room was clean! . I usually avoid going to Wendy's because they're usually dirty and slow. Corporate should use this location as an example of how their locations should be. Dave would be proud!

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! But the closing team mopped bathroom with greasy kitchen mop water! I went for a major slide!

Amazing friendly manager. Showed up three minutes before they opened. The only person on site was the manager, everyone else was late or called in. She rocked it even with a large order that required use of the fryer and grill and probably other things too. As we were giving the order knowing that the bottleneck was going to be getting the chicken in the fryer, she helped us get her that piece of information first so she could put it in to reduce the wait time the most. Basically she was an entire crew unto herself, and the face of Wendy's, and she rocked it. Give that girl a raise and get her some staff.

Daryl and Cory were great! Very friendly and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend eating here. Only drawback I had was manager decided to have a little powwow and chew a couple of employees out while myself and a few other customers were waiting and it was done right by food prep area is so even us as customers had to listen to it. Otherwise well worth eating here

We had our food made fresh for us. Very nice employees and manager. Plus, they have over 100 types of drinks.

Of course being just knew they are on top of everything but I will have to say I love the mobile ordering much like Taco Bell it's a quick turnaround and it's fresh. My favorite is probably the option on personalizing burgers with the crunchy dill pickles and French fried onions did I mention the bacon Jam? Let's hope specials keep going and the quick Speedy friendly customer service continues.

Korye in the drive-thru was awesome. Came in for lunch and he was great. Had a good laugh and he has an awesome attitude. Quick with a joke and making his customers happy.

Brand new Wendy's! The staff is very kind. I have been here a few times now as this is my child's favorite chicken nuggets, haha. I like ordering on the app. They have a monitor that shows the status of your order. I guess my only "complaint" would be more booths. They have a lot of high top tables which isn't ideal for littles but overall, it's the nicest Wendy's around Madison.

Food was fast and fresh! We used the drive-thru because we brought our dog in the car. The staff loved seeing our dog.

These Wendy's breakfast biscuits are the BEST I have ever had! Bacon Egg & Cheese or Sausage Egg & Cheese on a warm biscuit..Simply the BEST. Currently $1 each..

The staff was friendly, and the manager took extra time to personally connect with our family and others who were there at that time.

Love the baked potato and wireless soda machine. Burger was goood and the chocolate frosty.
