Camp Tuffit

Rustic in nature and has stayed that way for over 100 years. It's just a short walk to the Bathrooms which are always kept clean and neat. The shower rooms are immaculate and constantly being cleaned

We rented a camping space so I didn't stay in a cabin. I did peek into a couple of cabins and they were super.clean.

I have been going here since I was little. My daughter is the fourth generation of our family that has been going to camp tuffit. Nothing has changed and I love it!!! There’s nothing I can complain about. It’s the best place in the world. If you don’t like getting dirty and old fashion don’t come. It’s called Tuffit for a reason.
I always look forward to going there and can’t wait till our next stay. We feel like we are at home.

This is the best place ever for a family get together. The place is amazing. The people are spectacular. I am blessed to get to go there and see the grandkids interact with each other and have an amazing time. Grand Kids, 14, 13, 12, 9 and 2. Our 2 adult kids, son in law and my mom, great grandma. It's a blast!!!

I arrived not sure what to expect. I thought it was a kid's summer camp all these years. That's why I never stopped before. One day went to go fishing down at the lake Mary Ronan campgrounds. By the way the fishing is unbelievable!! I ended up helping some people that had trouble with their boat motor and ask them if I could help. to shorten the story I asked where they needed to go and they said just needed a ride over to the Camp tuffit. So we drove over and the place took me by surprise.
we drove into the entrance and I realized it wasn't anything like I thought. It was this rustic atmosphere that keeps pulling you into the intoxicating views. Needless to say that I've been back 3 times and I have different experiences every time. Please take a look for yourself and bring your family. Your going to be hooked like a fish that you caught there.

Amazing campground with phenomenal services and staff. Made our camping experience fun, peaceful, and relaxing! Beautiful campgrounds and cabins. We even caught 9 perch fish! Felt like home away from home. 🙂

Very unique place with excellent burgers. Beautiful lake. You've probably never been to a place like this. Super rustic but gets booked out a year or so in advance. Perfect place for a horror flick though if you ask me.

I did not stay there, we just were there to goat boating. A sweet littke lake lots of families enjoying the beautiful day. We fished but did not catch anything. Which truthfully isn't an indication of the fish biting or not. Easy access to ramp to put boat in the water.

I am in love with this place and all it has to offer. I love feeling like I'm in an old western town with extremely friendly hosts and neighbors. Bravo Tracy and family for a well put together and maintained hidden treasure so close to home. I cant wait to return next year and many years to come. Keep up the good work Camp Tuffit crew!

My family has been visiting Camp Tuffit every year at the same time for 40+ years. We love it and don't foresee a day that we ever stop returning.

Camp Tuffit is awesome! The lake is a beautiful sight, and the people are all friendly and welcoming. They even have a small store with all your camping necessitates. You can catch fish off the docks, and see other wildlife. The cabins all have the essentials to make for a comfortable stay.

Camp Tuffit is the place where my family has been making memories for two decades. The location, cabins, and setting are fantastic, but what really makes it phenomenal is the family and staff that help us feel so welcome. From those working the counter to the awesome cleaning crew, everyone at Camp Tuffit cares about preserving the wonderful experience that this place is! Thank you!

My family and I come here every summer. In fact, my sister and I spent many childhood summers here with our grandparents. We love the people, atmosphere, and boating on the lake. We look forward to our time here all year!

We found the best place ever to get our family together. The place is relaxing and oh so fun. Dog friendly, a huge plus for us. The people are awesome so easy to work with and so kind.

Great Cabin and camping areas. Lake Mary Ronan is super fun. Kids liked finding crawdads and jumping off the pier. Great family vibes!

Great little hideaway from Kalispell with lots of camp host that really take care of their guest and drop in travelers. Wonderful food to enjoy lakeside. The chef was very accommodating to add sriracha to my delicious quesadilla.

I grew up going to camp tuffit and lake mary ronan. My grandparents made sure we went every year. The memories that were made over the years will stay with me forever. From the rattlesnake cage, the squirrel mansion, Crawdad cafe, and my most favorite was the community fire pit. Being a part of that will be my most favorite time of my life. Thank you to the Thomas family for giving so many memories to so many people.

Can't say enough about this rustic, original camp. If you want to go back in time for a camping experience, this is definitely the best.....
