I was super pleased on the level of customer service and the assistance with finding the right parts for a car that I had that has discontinued parts. I will likely be returning in the future for parts and I highly recommend for anyone.

I greatly recommend Jesse & Assured Auto when you are looking for quality & dependable used parts. If you are looking for a used engines or transmissions, Jesse is the person to speak too! He makes sure to ask all the right questions & goes out of his way to locate parts at an affordable price, saving customers & Tricolor money! Jesse also makes it possible to locate discontinued parts that we all know we can’t rely on shady websites. As well as going out his way to take pictures of the products he is quoting & selling before invoicing. Now that is great customer service!

I would also like to give credit to Assured’s delivery driver Jesse also known as Q. In the last 3 years that I have worked with him he has ensured deliveries are prompt & products are in good shape. His positive attitude & work ethic is deserving of recognition. Working for Tricolor as the Parts Coordinator I have built a great relationship with this junkyard & will continue to recommend these great people who make it all possible!

Needed an ABS controller. I spoke to Moya and he quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for a brand new one. SOLD!

This is a great used auto parts store. I went looking for the front seats of a Ford truck. I had been looking for them in many other places with no luck.. Unfortunately they didn't have them in stock. As I was about to leave, I asked Abraham, the sales person, if they had the ability to get them from other salvage yards. He got on the computer and found the seats in Arizona. He made the arrangements and had them delivered to them in about 3 days. I order other parts that I wasn't able to find in many other places. The price of the parts were reasonable considering how scarce they were. I highly recommend them for those hard to find parts.

Waited about 35-40 minutes to get a back passenger window “pulled”. To get told they pulled two of the front ones :/ in all I only needed one. Which none were the back LOL. I got here with two gentlemen ahead of me. Just for like 5-6 different people come in and out and there I was still waiting. Ive done business here previously a few years ago and That’s why I’m back. Cheapest you’ll come across tbh. I got quoted today $240. That’s outrageous to me. the same staff. There’s a reason for that. Jesse, assured auto parts took care of would’ve been $50-55 pull and discounted me as a happy customer out the door. Thank you

This place is great. Jessie took me out to the yard and helped me locate my very hard to find part. He got me set up with everything I needed and might need in the future. Will definitely be using them again. You guys are awesome keep it up!

I drove from corpus with my mother in law to pick up a back hatch for my suv, two gentlemen there were very nice and loaded the part for us and strapped it down for us. Couldn’t be more happier with the customer service!!!

I came by for a driver side door mirror for my car. I am soooooo incredibly thrilled with the professionalism, service, honesty, and fairness they presented me with! I had called everywhere in an attempt to find the inner part of the fender, sometimes known as the splash guard, sometimes known as the liner. I was able to find a fender with the liner but was told I would have to buy the whole fender to get the liner. I wanted it today so I said I would just buy the whole fender. Moya was able to find a guard and sold it to me individually. I could not of asked for a better Customer Service, with a smile no less. I would recommend this place anytime!

OM Gosh. When I tell you these fellas really take care you. I needed a hard to find fender and came from 3 hours to get it here. Not only did they treat me well, they took the time to package it up for my trip back. When you go see Moya or Jesse and attention BOSSMAN give these guys a raise.

Price was definetly worth it..after calling around and waiting forever to talk to someone and tryna be overpriced I was able to pick up my differential right away, changed it out he same day and got m truck to work the same day

I was trying to buy a passenger side mirror for a 2006 Toyota Corolla. Everyone in town needed $75 for a used one. Moya found me a brand new one for 40 bucks. I ended up buying both sides. Thanks for the great service. He deserves a very very large raise.
