I placed my printing order just after midnight and was *delighted* to get a message first thing in the morning saying it was ready. This allowed me to plan by day easily around the best time for me to pick it up, 1 pm, rather than returning to town at 8 pm.

Went today to complete some small documents. The two associates in the Copy and Print Center (Michelle and Kylie) were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to provide excellent customer service. Though obviously very busy with customers and multiple job related tasks, they still took the time to be genuinely helpful and courteous.

Walked out of Fed Ex. Staples has 3 times the customer service. So sad to see them struggling. Fed ex is garbage. Support your local Staples.

Terry was great! Came in on a Monday Morning, she was busy handling printing services, the phone and also UPS! Was very proficient & most importantly kept a great attitude.

Went there to print copies of my resume. It's 11 cents per page for black and white. The xerox machine is pretty easy to use with the on-screen instructions. If you need help, there is an associate there in the shipping area that is happy to come over to help.

The staff is very helpful. They processed my printing order quickly and correctly. The associate helping me was patient and flexible. I am very pleased.

The staff is very helpful but the machine to print papers off from your email was really slow. Just make sure you have plenty of time to print when you go there!

Service was Excellent at the Print / Copy Station !!

The associates are awesome but when you have two sections of the store overwhelmed by the customer to associate ratio it's clear you aren't supporting your workers as a corporation. Step it up hire more, give more hours, or lose.

1 star for the print center.. they are not updated for email or thunderbolt and will not open a box to use a usb for the external. For all printing services you gotta go to a legit print shop. You can't email files for high gloss on self serve. Note: local print shops close by 5. Do not rely on staples

I left Staples 45 minutes after my email never got sent to their printing station and went to UPS store to get a copy from my phone sent to their station.
